During the fundraising process for our infrastructure debt fund we wanted to quickly raise awareness of the topic with pension schemes. We worked closely with Mallowstreet to organise a University Dinner and set them a challenging timescale. We were blown away in terms of how well plugged-in they are to the pensions community and they brought together a group of very relevant decision-makers for an excellent discussion. This led to many follow-up discussions and also generated interest amongst pension schemes who were not able to attend but who were interested in the topic. We were so pleased with their approach that we decided to organise a second University Dinner to meet the high level of demand that had been identified in organising the first evening.
Thanks as always to the Mallowstreet team for turning up trumps again in all respects. What a great night and a great event. The Mallowstreet team and concept is a ray of light at a time when we need this as an industry and more widely. It is easy to forget the hard work that goes on behind the scenes every day but nights like this are a time to bring it to the fore. Whilst the night is a celebration of those who contribute I hope that we can also all see this as a celebration of the effort of the team.

Why do we use mallowstreet? It’s because of the community it builds, we’re able to share ideas, we’re able to put ideas out there and test them. It helps us find out what people think and a chance to understand what people are talking about. As a provider of services of the industry we need to make sure that we build and deliver the right solutions.
Thank you very much for a most enjoyable and stimulating evening, as well as an excellent dinner! I thought the event worked very well; there was just about the right number of people there, so that everyone could have their say, and the intimate atmosphere ensured we felt comfortable and encouraged to ask questions.
