ESG and Sustainable Investing – what investors should know Rob Stewart, Head of Responsible Investment Research – Newton Investment Management

ESG is everywhere at the moment and impossible to ignore. This session will discuss why ESG matters and why it’s here to stay. It will provide academic evidence to back up these assertions, plus practical considerations for investors. We’ll use engagement case studies to provide context and talking points and examine the less well-understood area of sustainable investing in fixed income.
