mallowstreet University Digital Roundtable - Sustainability: from tactical adoption to portfolio transformation

**Registrations for this digital event are now closed**

Sustainable investing has been an enduring trend and investors rebalancing portfolios after the risk asset selloff may consider leaning into sustainable assets. BlackRock sees portfolio rebalancing as an opportunity to substitute some traditional assets with sustainable ones, and asserts that being sustainability-aware enhances the return potential of long-term portfolios designed today.

This Digital Roundtable will focus on the rising benefits and importance of sustainable investing within Defined Contribution (DC) Plans. Sustainable and retirement investing seem like a natural fit: both have a long-term investment horizon, more corporations are committing to sustainability goals, and a growing share of younger employees are interested in sustainable solutions.

Join Manuela Sperandeo, EMEA Head of Factor, Sustainable and Thematic Index Products at BlackRock and Dominic Byrne, CAIA, Director and Lead Investment Strategist for EMEA Retirement Solutions, as they determine the many ways for ESG criteria to be brought into an investment portfolio, how to define the category, assess it in the context of investment strategy, and implement it in the context of DC portfolios.

This morning session is accredited for CPD points by the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and is exclusively for pension fund decision makers and their advisors.
