Craig Heron Director of Public Markets, Railpen
Craig is Director of Public Markets at Railpen, and the Fund Manager for a range of multi-asset, equity and fixed income Pooled Funds. Craig joined Railpen in September 2011 and has 28 years’ investment experience.
Before joining Railpen, Craig held a position as a multi-asset manager, responsible for a range of portfolios and regional funds at Henderson Global Investors and New Star Asset Management.
Craig has a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics, holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a CFA charterholder.

Christoph Lausecker, CFA Director, Direct Lending - Federated Hermes Limited
Christoph joined Federated Hermes in March 2022 as a Director in the Private Credit team. He is responsible for origination, analysis and execution of transactions for the Federated Hermes Direct Lending Funds with a focus on the DACH region. Before joining Federated Hermes, Christoph spent over four years at RiverRock European Capital Partners where he was responsible for originating and executing loans to European small and medium sized companies. Prior to this, he was part of the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners (formerly Blackstone Advisory Partners), where he worked on creditor and debtor side restructuring and liability management mandates. Christoph started his career at KPMG where he advised on operational and financial restructurings. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Software Development and Business Management from Graz University of Technology. Christoph is an Austria national and CFA charterholder.

Jakob Nilsson Head of Private Markets Sales ex North America - Federated Hermes Limited
Jakob joined Federated Hermes in September 2012, initially to focus on promoting our investment strategies to large European investors. From January 2014 until April 2023, Jakob headed up the firm’s business development efforts in the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore. In April 2023, he relocated back to the UK to lead the firm’s private markets business development activities in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Prior to his time at Federated Hermes, Jakob spent 15 years on the sell side working for Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career as a European equity institutional salesperson and latterly moved to prime brokerage origination. Over the course of his career, Jakob has worked with a broad range of asset managers, investors, products and geographies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from the University of Rochester, New York, and has completed the Stanford-National University of Singapore Executive Program in International Management.

Charlotte Finch Client Portfolio Manager - Columbia Threadneedle Investments
Charlotte is a Client Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income team, EMEA at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. She joined the company as a graduate in 2017. Since then her focus has been to support the investment grade team along with our specialist social bond strategies by providing detailed information on the company’s views and capabilities in these asset classes to clients, prospects and consultants.
Charlotte has a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics from Coventry University. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

James Edwards Director, Institutional Business- Columbia Threadneedle Investments
James is a Director within the UK Institutional team with a particular focus on Corporate DB pension schemes. Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management. in May 2018, James worked at BlackRock for 10 years as both an institutional client director and a fixed income product specialist, with a focus on global credit. James is a CFA Charterholder.
