Craig Stevenson Head of Consultant Relations and Chairman of the Style Premia Fund Investment Committee Craig joined Old Mutual Global Investors in July 2015 as Global Head of Investment Consultant Relations and chairs the Style Premia Investment Committee. Craig is a member of the OMGI Quarterly Investment Committee, a function that oversees investment process execution against expected outcomes for each of the firm's investment offerings. Prior to this he spend 8 years at Towers Watson, where he was a Senior Investment Consultant and led Equity Hedge Fund research for the firm. Prior to joining Towers Watson Craig's experience included time with bfinance where he was a Senior Associate, and at Standard & Poor's where he was Associate Director, Pension Services and 6 years at Stamford Associates (1998-2004) where Craig was Principal, Absolute Return Strategies.

Leif Cussen Portfolio Manager Style Premia Fund Leif joined Old Mutual in November 2005 as an Analyst. In 2008 Leif became a portfolio manager in the Quantitative Strategies Group where he co-managed a range of global equity market neutral and long-only funds. In this role he was involved in a number of key successful product launches including GEAR, the team's first market-neutral UCITS fund, and a European 130-30 mandate. In 2011 Leif moved within the Alternatives unit to the portfolio management team of the Global Statistical Arbitrage Fund. In 2015 Leif joined the Multi-Asset team, leading the firm's Style Premia research effort. This led to the development of the Style Premia Absolute Return Fund on which he is Lead Portfolio Manager. Leif has a BSc in Computer Science from Royal Holloway College, University of London and is a CFA Charterholder.

Donald Pepper Managing Director of Alternatives and member of the Style Premia Fund Investment Committee Donald joined Old Mutual Global Investors in December 2012 as Managing Director of Alternatives and is member of the Style Premia Investment Committee. He has 29 years of experience in Financial Markets spanning equities, fixed income and foreign exchange. Donald joined Goldman Sachs in 1987, where he spent 16 years; initially in the fixed income, currencies & commodities division, where he was Head of European Money Market Sales, dealing in Rates, Credit and FX, before moving to Prime Brokerage, specialising in equity relative value, global macro and credit strategies. In 2003, Donald was hired by Merrill Lynch as Managing Director of Prime Brokerage for EMEA, where he has responsibility for Equity Finance and Prime Brokerage clients across all strategies. From 2008-10 Donald was Head of Hedge Funds at New Star Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors, where his responsibilities included being co-Portfolio Manager of two fund of hedge funds, allocating to strategies including quantitative equity market neutral, quantitative global FX, discretionary global macro and credit, as well as equity long/short. From 2010-12 Donald was Investment Director at TT International, focusing on their global macro fund. Donald is a graduate of the QueenâÂÂs College Oxford, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and is a CFA charterholder.
