Tobias Schlauch | Quattrex Tobias has a degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim and a Masters in Business Administration. After joining Deutsche Bank as an apprentice he then went on to work in their Private Banking and Wealth Management arms. In 2011 he co-founded Quattrex-Sports AG, an alternative investment firm that invests in German football clubs.

Christoffer Dahlberg | Symbiotics Christoffer has worked in the fund industry in Luxembourg and Zurich since 1997. At Banque Générale du Luxembourg he led the project of registering the first fund of hedge funds in Luxembourg, and then took over the European distribution of structured hedge fund products for UK-based GNI Fund Management. In 2003 Christoffer moved to Zurich as co-founder of an independent hedge fund distribution company, promoting single funds and funds of funds to institutional investors in Switzerland and Scandinavia. In that role he also initiated and led the development of one of Europe’s first commercial microfinance funds. Other positions have included Head of Nordic institutional investors at the Swiss private bank Union Bancaire Privée, and Head of European Sales at the Finnish CTA firm Estlander & Partners.
Swedish by birth, Christoffer holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics and is fluent in five languages. He is married with two children and lives outside Zurich.

Ryan Radloff | CoinShares CoinShares represents the world’s first regulated bitcoin hedge fund (GABI), bitcoin exchange traded notes (COINXBT and COINXBE) and fund denominated in ether (CS Fund 1). Ryan has been quoted on professional bitcoin by Forbes, TheStreet and ETF.com. Prior to entering the bitcoin world, Radloff was managing director at two fintech companies focused on corporate FX and financial statement analytics for U.S. corporations. He holds a B.A. from Duke University.

Xavier Deu | Carlisle Management Company Mr. Deu created Grupo Misame, a Spanish firm that developed a new approach to allow the dual ownership of residential real estate by families and investors, and allow for securitization of such mortgage related product. Under Grupo Misame, Xavier developed several consulting projects, including for the Government of Andorra and the Government of Catalonia in Spain. In the US, Xavier worked at The Riskmetrics Group, a spin-off of J.P. Morgan, in the Sales & Marketing department. Before joining Riskmetrics he worked as a trader for several years and before that had developed several tasks on distribution for financial products for several firms in the US.
Xavier holds a degree in Economics from the University Autonomous of Barcelona and a Masters in International Finance and Economics from Brandeis University.
