Michiel Von Saher Michiel von Saher is a Managing Director and Head of the European Credit Research Team at PGIM Fixed Income, based in London. Additionally, Mr. von Saher is responsible for co-chairing the PGIM Fixed Income ESG Committee. Prior to joining the Team in 2005, Mr. von Saher worked at NIBC for six years, most recently as Head of the Intermediate Capital Group, based in London. There, he focused on arranging subordinated/mezzanine debt facilities for European mid-market MBOs and invested in syndicated mezzanine transactions. Earlier, Mr. von Saher spent six years at MeesPierson/Fortis in various acquisition finance and corporate lending activities. Mr. von Saher received an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Sammy Cooper-Smith Head of Business Development
Sammy is head of the Rothesay Life business development team. Sammy started his career at Prudential before leaving to join the buy-out start up Paternoster which was acquired by Rothesay Life in 2011. At Rothesay Life’s Sammy has played a lead role in transactions with the pension funds of National Grid, telent, Asda and Allied Domecq amongst others as well as the reinsurance of the Prudential, Zurich Assurance and Aegon annuity portfolios.

Craig Scordellis Head of Long-Only Multi-Asset Credit
Craig is CQS’ Head of Multi-Asset Credit, responsible for the firm’s long-only multi-asset credit business. Prior to this role he headed global loans and was responsible for managing the firm’s loan mandates, including those in a variety of multi-asset credit funds and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). Craig chairs the Asset Advisory Committee for the CQS Credit Multi-Asset Fund and is a Partner of CQS (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining CQS in 2008, Craig was a Senior Investment Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager at New Amsterdam Capital Management, a credit hedge fund. Before this, he was an Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he structured leverage finance and high yield bond transactions. Prior to RBS, Craig was on the Deutsche Bank Investment Banking graduate programme. Craig holds a BSc (First Class Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
