Dawid Konotey-Ahulu -
Kate Hollis Manager Researcher, Willis Towers Watson Kate Hollis joined Willis Towers Watson in Sept 2014 as a Manager Researcher on the fixed-income team. She leads the Traditional Credit ASK (team) and the Exposure ASK and is a member of the Credit - Smart Beta ASK.
She previously spent 10 years at S&P Capital IQ, most recently as Global Head, Fixed Income/Alternatives Fund Research. Before that she spent 5 years working for funds of hedge funds and 15 years in fixed-income sales and trading in London and New York, working for Deutsche Bank, Daiwa Securities, Scotia McLeod and Schroders.
She has an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University.

Ian Maybury Independent Trustee Ian is an experienced trustee and actuary with particular expertise in investment and risk management. Following an executive career in insurance at Royal London, banking at Citigroup, investment consulting at Redington, and asset management at Schroders, Ian now has a number of Trustee Investment and DC Committee appointments currently at BA, John Lewis, Mineworkers, Reed Elsevier, RNIB, Unilever and USS.
As well as an active participation in most aspects of scheme management he has a good perspective on insurers, banks and fund managers as providers to pension schemes. Ian has a keen interest in the overall governance of DB and DC schemes, in particular the interaction with the regulator in both financial services and pensions arenas.

Penny Green Independent Trustee Penny has spent over 30 years in the pension industry, currently holding the position of Trustee Executive for BESTrustees, where she has a number of trustee appointments ranging from small DB plans to a DC Master Trust. Penny is also a Trustee Director of SAUL and sits on the investment committees for two charities.
Prior to joining BESTrustees Penny spent 17 years as Chief Executive Officer of SAUL Trustee Company, trustee of the support staff scheme of the University of London – an open defined benefit pension scheme with over 40,000 members and circa £2.5 billion in assets.
Working with the SAUL Investment Committee and investment consultants, Penny led on developing innovative investment strategies for alternatives, equities and credit.
Prior to joining SAUL in 1998, she spent 5 years as Deputy Chief Executive of The Pensions Advisory Service. She was also the first female President of the Pensions Management Institute and has been involved in other industry bodies focussed on improving the member experience.

Sebastien Proffit Head of Fixed Income Portfolio Solutions Sebastien is responsible for AXA IM’s fixed income portfolio solutions globally. He leads a dedicated team of strategists embedded within local investment teams which partners with institutional clients to design, optimise and manage bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
Sebastien plays an integral role at every stage of the Buy and Maintain investment process: portfolio construction and calibration, ongoing re-balancing, risk monitoring and performance attribution.
He has been with AXA IM for 11 years and holds an MSc in Mathematics & Finance from Paris-Dauphine University. Sebastien is a CFA charterholder.
