Soraya Chabarek Soraya is Global Head of Distribution and Business Development at CQS, a London-based credit-focused multi strategy asset manager which was founded by Sir Michael Hintze in 1999. In this capacity Soraya is responsible for leading and managing CQS' global sales team to build long-term partnerships with investors. She joined CQS in 2013, is a Partner of CQS (UK) LLP, a member of the CQS Executive Committee, and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Group.
Soraya began her career at HSBC Private Bank and then in 2000 moved to Permal Investment Management in London where she focused on structuring and distributing fund of hedge funds across the EMEA region. A fluent Arabic speaker, Soraya joined GLG Partners in 2004 as a Principal to build out their Middle Eastern presence. The region became a significant contributor to AUM growth at the firm and also gave Soraya exposure to a broad range of fund strategies including; global macro, equities, emerging markets, credit and convertibles. In 2008, when Greg Coffey joined Moore Europe Capital Management as Co-CIO, Soraya made the move with him. At Moore, she was the Head of Marketing for the Emerging Macro Strategies where she successfully re-built the asset base during one of the more trying periods in the industry.
Soraya holds a BA in Economics and Public Administration from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Craig Scordellis Head of Long-Only Multi-Asset Credit
Craig is CQS’ Head of Multi-Asset Credit, responsible for the firm’s long-only multi-asset credit business. Prior to this role he headed global loans and was responsible for managing the firm’s loan mandates, including those in a variety of multi-asset credit funds and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). Craig chairs the Asset Advisory Committee for the CQS Credit Multi-Asset Fund and is a Partner of CQS (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining CQS in 2008, Craig was a Senior Investment Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager at New Amsterdam Capital Management, a credit hedge fund. Before this, he was an Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he structured leverage finance and high yield bond transactions. Prior to RBS, Craig was on the Deutsche Bank Investment Banking graduate programme. Craig holds a BSc (First Class Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
