Louise Davey Interim Director of Regulatory Policy, Analysis and Advice, TPR
Louise is the Interim Director of Regulatory Policy, Analysis and Advice at The Pensions Regulator. Louise has been with TPR for the past 15 years, with the majority of that time spent leading the development of regulatory policy across DB, DC and public service schemes. Before joining the Regulator, Louise held technical roles in the pensions industry ranging across personal and occupational pensions, third party pension administration, and TPAS (The Pensions Advisory Service). Louise has recently taken on the role of Interim Director, taking over from David Fairs.

Mark Fawcett Chief Investment Officer, National Employment Savings Trust
Mark joined Nest in 2008 and has been an investment manager for the over 30 years, having managed money at a variety of institutions.
At Gartmore, Mark was head of Japanese equities while at American Express Asset Management International, he was chief investment officer. Before joining Nest, Mark was a partner at the boutique investment manager Thames River Capital LLP.
Mark has an MA Maths & Philosophy from Oxford University & an MSc Management from London Business School. He is an independent expert on Unilever’s Defined Contributions Committee.
