Huw Davies Investment Manager, Fixed Income - Absolute Return - Jupiter Asset Management
Huw joined Jupiter in July 2020 and is an Investment Manager in the Fixed Income - Absolute Return team. Before joining Jupiter, Huw was an investment director at Merian Global Investors. Prior to this, he was a fixed income product specialist at Ignis Asset Management. Before this, he spent four years working at Citi as director, UK RM interest rate sales and five years at JPMorgan Chase as executive director, interest rate sales. Huw has also previously worked at Royal Bank of Scotland, UBS, Barclays Capital and Sanwa International, covering UK and European bond sales. He began his investment career in 1991.
Huw has a BSc in economics.

Rachel Perini Head of UK Institutional - Jupiter Asset Management
Rachel Perini is Head of UK Institutional. She is responsible for the management of the UK Institutional client business and all aspects with the relationship with Institutional clients in the UK. Rachel joined Jupiter Asset Management in October 2021. Prior to this, Rachel was a Client Relationship Manager, Executive Director, within UBS Asset Management’s Institutional business. She had responsibility for business development and all aspects of the relationship with several strategic UK institutional clients and consultants. Rachel is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of the UK. Rachel has a degree in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Virginia.

Fiona Furlong Vice President, Account Manager - Account Management - PIMCO
Fiona is a Vice President and Account Manager in the Dublin office, focusing on clients in the U.K. and Ireland. Prior to rejoining PIMCO in 2020, she worked as an investment manager at LGIM, focusing on fixed income strategies. She previously worked at PIMCO in London, most recently covering multi-sector fixed income in the product strategy group, and previously on the institutional account management team. She has seven years of investment experience and holds a dual bachelor's degree from Dublin City University and Northeastern University in international business and finance.

Chris Hawketts Vice President, Alternatives Strategist - PIMCO
Chris is a Vice President and Alternatives Strategist in the London office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2021, he worked at Federated Hermes, focusing on the design, structuring and distribution of private credit and private equity strategies. Prior to this, he worked at LCM Partners, a London boutique alternative credit and specialty finance investment manager, where he focused on fund and transaction structuring and strategy. Mr. Hawketts started his career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in traded credit. He has 12 years of investment experience and holds a master’s degree in international economics from the University of Manchester. He is a CAIA charterholder.

Klaus Schmid Director – Acquisitions, Franklin Real Asset Advisors
Klaus Schmid joined Franklin Real Asset Advisors as a Director of Acquisitions in September 2021. Based in London, Mr. Schmid leads the acquisitions team in sourcing, underwriting and executing new transactions.
Mr. Schmid has in excess of 20 years of private equity real estate experience transacting more than Euro 5 billion in most European markets. Most recently he served as Head of Real Estate Investments at Roundhill Capital Europe. Prior to that he held several senior roles including as a Director and senior member of the transaction team at Marathon Asset Management and as a Senior Vice President at Heitman Europe. He started his career in the real estate private equity group at Lehman Brothers in London in 2001.
Mr. Schmid holds a CEMS Masters and a Masters Degree with a major in finance from WU Wien. Mr. Schmid speaks German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Christoph Butz Institutional Client Director - Franklin Templeton
Chris is a member of Franklin Templeton’s dedicated UK Institutional team. His role is to work in partnership with institutional clients to deliver better client outcomes. He is also responsible for developing new relationships with pension funds, insurance companies and investment consultants.
Before joining Franklin Templeton in January 2018, Chris held Consultant Relations positions at Aviva Investors (2015-2018) and Wellington Management (2010-2015). Prior to that, Chris worked at AXA Rosenberg (2006-2010) as an assistant portfolio manager. Chris received his master’s degree (German-French double diploma) in business administration from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes, Germany, and Université de Metz, France (2006). Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
