Robert Hall Director, Earth Systems Impact Investment - Federated Hermes
Robert joined Federated Hermes in 2020 after spending 2019 at the firm on secondment. He is responsible for the construction of innovative sustainable and impact investment strategies underpinned by the interdisciplinary integration of ecological, climatological, social, economic and financial models. Robert recently led the collaborative development of the firm’s Nature-based Solutions Climate Impact strategy and the build out of acquisition and valuation models at both portfolio and asset level across NbS asset classes. He is a Director on the strategy’s investment management team.

Douglas Anderson Head of Consultant Relations - Federated Hermes
Douglas joined in February 2017 as Head of Consultant Relations. Prior to this, he was a consultant relations manager at Lazard Asset Management Limited for five years from 2011 and at Capital International for 11 years from 2000. He has also worked in consultant and actuarial roles at Bacon & Woodrow (now Aon Hewitt) and Hymans Robertson. Douglas holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.

Natasha Landell-Mills Head of Stewardship, Partner - Sarasin & Partners
Natasha is currently a Partner and Head of Stewardship at the asset manager Sarasin & Partners LLP, where she steers the firm’s stewardship work, ensuring effective engagement, voting and public policy outreach in order to promote the creation of sustainable value. Since 2017, she has spearheaded Sarasin’s flagship Climate Active strategy.

Matt joined Sarasin & Partners in August 2020, with over 20 years’ experience. Prior to joining Sarasin & Partners, Matt worked at Newton Investment Management where he was Head of UK Institutional Business Development. Previously Matt has worked at Neuberger Berman, Gartmore Investment Management and Liontrust Asset Management – all focusing on institutional business development.

Skye Macpherson Head of Portfolio Management - Nuveen Natural Capital
Skye oversees portfolio strategy, construction, and monitoring of Nuveen Natural Capital's farmland products, as well as leading Nuveen Natural Capital's research, distribution and client services functions.
Skye began working in the asset management industry in 2000. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she was a natural resources and agricultural equity portfolio manager at BlackRock.
Skye graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, with First Class Honours, from the University of New England. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia and the CAIA designation.

Rachel Green Director, Institutional Sales - Nuveen
Rachel is responsible for developing relationships with UK institutional investors. She has more than a decade of experience within institutional sales, working with asset owners and stakeholders on both the liability and asset sides. In addition to her most recent role as Associate Director of Institutional Sales at Aviva Investors, she has held positions at reinsurer Munich Re and Russell Investments.
Whilst at Aviva Investors, Rachel sat on the Aviva Group Board Evolution Council as one of twelve future leaders responsible for advising the Aviva Group Board on strategic issues. Rachel is a co-founder of #talkaboutblack, the ethnicity workstream of the Diversity Project and a Diversity Project Ambassador. She is the founder of The Skills Workshop, a social initiative to build awareness of the asset management industry, increase financial literacy, and increase social capital amongst university aged students across the UK. In June 2020, she was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for her work in campaigning for greater ethnic diversity in the asset management industry.

Andrew Dreaneen Head of Natural Capital - Schroders
Andrew is responsible for managing the $20bn Alternatives capability at Schroders which includes covering natural capital and carbon, hedge funds, fixed income alternatives, commodities and hybrid public/private strategies. In addition, Andrew is head of external asset manager partnerships including responsibility for the business development of the Schroder GAIA platforms globally covering manager selection, product development, product management, sales and marketing.
Andrews career began in 1998 in New Zealand in an alternative investment boutique (FMG) creating a number of real asset investment products linked to farmland, forestry, vineyards and property syndicates. Andrew joined Schroders in 2000. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Degree in Business Studies, Massey University New Zealand.

Tom D'Agostino Client Director - Schroders
Tom D'Agostino is a Client Director at Schroders in the UK Institutional Team. Prior to this role he worked as part of the Institutional UK Defined Contribution Team, where he was responsible for business development and client service delivery across the DC client base. He joined Schroders in 2015 and is based in London.
