Will joined Premier Miton Investors in August 2022 from Aberdeen Standard Investments where he was investment director, manager of the firm’s emerging market equity sustainable strategies and high conviction emerging market focused equity strategy, as well as being the team’s head of research. Since joining Aberdeen Asset Management in 2009, Will managed a range of active mandates including GEM Shariah, EMEA, Eastern European, and Israeli equity strategies. William is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris Hamer Chris Hamer, Head of Institutional Business Development - Premier Miton Investors
Chris joined Premier Miton Investors in April 2022 and is responsible for developing the institutional distribution channel. He was previously head of consultant relations EMEA at BNY Mellon Investment Management. Prior to this he was in similar roles at Columbia Threadneedle and at AllianceBernstein. He spent his early career at Russell Investments, Morley Fund Management and Fidelity International.

Claudia Roering Head of Product Management and Sustainable Investing Coordinator - Quoniam
Claudia is the Head of Product Management and Sustainable Investing Coordinator at Quoniam. She joined Quoniam in April 2020. The focus of her career has been on institutional portfolio management and manager selection. Her main positions include head of alternative investments at Gothaer Asset Management and over eight years in various portfolio manager roles at Deutsche Asset Management. Among that the roles as head of fund & manager selection and most recently as head of solutions EMEA, alternatives & fund solutions.
In 2015, Claudia joined Lupus alpha, where she was responsible for product development as head of product management and for the further development of the SRI strategy as sustainability officer. She holds a degree in economics from the Ruhr University in Bochum and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).

Jonathan Clenshaw CSO & CMO, Managing Director - Quoniam
Jonathan is the Chief Sales Officer & Chief Marketing Officer of Quoniam Asset Management GmbH as well as member of the managing board. Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in the financial industry. He joined Quoniam from Lombard Odier Investment Managers, where he was head of sales Europe, responsible for managing and developing client relationships in Europe, and a member of the management committee.
Prior to this, Jonathan was head of sales UK & Ireland and EMEA insurance at Deutsche Asset Management. In total, he spent 20 years at Deutsche Bank, where he held various positions in global markets and asset management in Frankfurt and London. This included three years as head of client solutions. He has also held institutional sales roles at Commerzbank and WestLB.
