David Ryan David is responsible for investor relations at HSBC Pollination Climate Asset Management. He is a former Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for managing Asian and European equities distribution, leaving in 2012. He subsequently founded a private finance business.
David was engaged by Pollination as a Senior Adviser in May 2020 before formally joining HSBC Pollination Climate Asset Management upon founding in October 2020.

Connie Holden Connie joined HSBC Global Asset Management in 2008 and is Head of UK Pensions and Group Clients, her previous roles at HSBC Global Asset Management included Head of Client Management.
Prior to joining HSBC in October 2008, Connie was at Credit Suisse Asset Management and was responsible for managing existing clients and the incremental growth of their UK institutional client base. She has also held senior relationship manager roles at JP Morgan and Barclays Capital. Connie holds a BA Hons in Financial Services from Guildhall University (UK) and is authorised by the FCA in the UK.

Abbie Llewellyn-Waters Abbie Llewellyn-Waters is the manager of the Jupiter Global Sustainable Equities Fund.
She joined Jupiter in 2006, is a Global Equities Fund Manager in the Environment and Sustainability team, and has been a lead manager of institutional funds since 2012.
In 2017, Abbie was awarded both Fund Manager of the Year and Investment Woman of the Year at Investment Week’s inaugural Women in Investment Awards. Abbie is also a contributing member of several industry initiatives: for example, she is an Ambassador for the Diversity Project and a member of the 30% Club UK Investor Group.
She has a degree in Classics from University College, London.

Steven Gardner Steven joined Jupiter in 2018 and is responsible for managing Jupiter’s relationships with existing and prospective institutional clients in the UK.
Steven joined Jupiter from Franklin Templeton Investments where he led their institutional business development efforts in the UK and Ireland, managed relationships with institutional clients and was responsible for developing relationships with UK-focused investment consultants. Prior to this, Steven held a senior role in the institutional client service team at Baring Asset Management, a role he assumed after relocating to London from Edinburgh where he was a member of the overseas institutional client team at Baillie Gifford.
Steven began his career on the investment side having spent four years as an Investment Analyst at SL Capital Partners, the private equity division of what was then Standard Life Investments.
Steven holds a first class honours degree in Economics and was the recipient of the Sir Charles Carter Prize for Excellence in the field of the Economics of Industry and Innovation.

Matt Pumo Matt joined Sarasin & Partners in August 2020, with over 20 years industry experience. Prior to joining Sarasin & Partners, he worked at Newton Investment Management where he was Head of UK Institutional Business Development. Previously Matt has worked at Neuberger Berman, Gartmore Investment Management and Liontrust Asset Management – all focusing on institutional business development. -
Henry Boucher Henry started his career in fund management in 1983. Specialising in multi-asset and global equity fund management, he has managed a wide variety of funds including unit trusts, pension funds, life funds and charity endowments. He is Chairman of the Sarasin & Partners Investment Strategy Group, responsible for defining the long-term thematic investment landscape. Henry is also Deputy Chief Investment Officer, focused on global equities with expertise in sustainable investment. As well as this, Henry is responsible for co-managing one of the firm’s specialist thematic investment strategies, Food & Agriculture Opportunities.
