• Hayden Briscoe

  Hayden has overall responsibility for all Asia Pacific fixed income activities at UBS Asset Management. This includes fixed income investment capabilities in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and China. Heis also a member of the Global Fixed Income Management Team and Global Fixed Income Investment Forum.

  Prior to joining UBS Asset Management, Hayden was aSenior Vice President and Director of Asia Pacific FixedIncome at Alliance Bernstein. In this role he wasinstrumental in building out their Asian fixed income platform and responsible for regional and country portfolios as well as having input in global aggregate strategies.

  Hayden previously worked at Schroders Investment Management, Colonial First State and Bankers Trust, where he fulfilled fund management, portfolio management, and trader roles.

• Rachel Perini

  Head of UK Institutional, Jupiter Asset Management

  Rachel Perini is Head of UK Institutional. She is responsible for the management of the UK Institutional client business and all aspects with the relationship with Institutional clients in the UK. Rachel joined Jupiter Asset Management in October 2021. Prior to this, Rachel was a Client Relationship Manager, Executive Director, within UBS Asset Management’s Institutional business. She had responsibility for business development and all aspects of the relationship with several strategic UK institutional clients and consultants. Rachel is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of the UK. Rachel has a degree in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
  

• James Rogers

  Client Relationship Manager, UK Institutional Client Coverage, UBS Asset Management

  James is a member of the UK Institutional Client Coverage team. He is responsible for managing relationships with institutional clients and is also responsible for building relationships with prospective clients.

  James joined UBS Asset Management in July 2020. Prior to this, he worked at Vanguard Asset Management for over six years. In this time, James worked with a variety of UK clients and most recently worked as a Business Development Executive working with financial institutions implementing passive investment strategies.

The era of negative bond yields in developed markets has continued to present challenges for fixed income investors with approximately USD 15 trillion1 or the equivalent of 24% of the investment grade fixed income universe yields currently zero or below. A recent JPMorgan study also found that 76% of all developed market sovereign bonds had a negative real yield2. This new world is considerably more volatile - and correlated - than before.
