Stuart Hitchcock PhD Stuart joined Legal and General in January 2018. Prior to this, he worked for New York Life Investors, where he established and managed their international investment management office, headquartered in London. As Managing Director and Head of International Origination, he headed a team responsible for the origination and portfolio management of non-North American investments with AUM of >USD10 billion. Prior to this, Stuart spent 11 years at RBS, beginning in Corporate and Institutional Banking and then spending 9 years in their private placements business (Debt Capital Markets), both in the UK and US. Stuart has a PhD and BA (hons, first) from the University of Southampton. He also holds an MSt from the University of Oxford, and an AMCT from the Association of Corporate of Treasurers.

Laura Brown Laura has overall responsibility for the client side of LGIM’s Solutions business bringing together LGIM’s investment capabilities to design objective-driven solutions for a range of institutional clients. She has played a leading role in developing the Solutions business since joining in 2013 as the offering has expanded beyond traditional LDI to encompass wider derivative, credit and real assets strategies. Laura brings 20 years’ experience having joined LGIM from Ignis Asset Management where she was Head of Ignis Solutions with responsibility for developing and managing risk management solutions. Prior to that, Laura was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey advising a range of financial institutions and began her career as a consultant at Watson Wyatt. Laura graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Mathematical Sciences in 2000 and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. -
Shuen Chan Shuen is Head of ESG at LGIM Real Assets. Shuen brings 25 years of experience and a successful track record in capital markets and asset management with a specialisation in responsible investing (ESG), climate change and impact investing. She was previously co-founder of a purpose-driven ESG advisory firm that helped institutional investors build the case for sustainable investments and the transition to a low carbon economy and society. Prior to that, she helped to establish a climate focused investment firm focused on achieving climate mitigation goals through the nature-based solutions. This work led to an investment and management of the world’s largest emission reduction forest project. Shuen was previously a founding team member of one of the fastest growing credit asset management firms in Europe, European Credit Management (ECM) now part of Wells Fargo Asset Management, where she was Head of Structured Product Origination. Shuen’s early career was with debt capital markets teams at Deutsche Bank, Macquarie and HSBC across Asia and Europe.
Shuen currently serves on the CFA ESG Advisory panel and is also a co-author of the new CFA ESG certification. She is also an independent trustee of The Lightbulb Trust, a foundation that supports the education and literacy sector through grant giving and impact investing. Shuen has been a guest tutor on climate change at Oxford University Saïd Business School on their Executive Impact Investing programme. Until recently, she also served on the Oversight Committee for Pensions for Purpose.

Jérôme Neyroud Jérôme Neyroud, is Head of Infrastructure Debt Investments at Schroders, which involves being responsible for Schroders infrastructure debt investments and managing a team of 4 portfolio managers and analysts. He joined Schroders in 2015 and is based in Paris.

Tim Horne Tim is responsible for business development and relationship management across Schroders' range of capabilities for all sizes of defined benefit pension schemes. Tim is also Head of Institutional DC, responsible for the design of the overall strategy of Schroders’ DC business and the delivery of Schroders’ investment proposition to our DC clients. Tim joined Schroders in 2011 and is based in London.
Before joining Schroders, Tim was a Senior Investment Consultant at Towers Watson where his responsibilities included giving investment and strategy advice to a range of UK schemes. Previously Tim has been a Client Director at Fidelity International as well as holding senior positions at MSCI and Mellon Global Investments. Tim is a CFA Charterholder.
