Mark Burrows, Head of Investor Relations Mark is the Head of Investor Relations with over 14 years’ experience in the institutional funds management and finance sector. He was the Director, Head of Institutional Capital between 2008 and 2016 of Foresight Group, a market leading renewable energy and private equity asset manager. He led the institutional fundraising efforts at Foresight, and raised US$ 600m across 20 Limited Partners and co-investors, transitioning Foresight from a retail-funded to an institutionally-funded business. Previously, Mark was the Private Client Sales Manager of Foresight Group between 2008 and 2009 as well as a Prime Brokerage Analyst (third year) at Goldman Sachs during 2007 and Business Development Executive of Invicta Capital between 2005 and 2007.
Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and French Studies from Oxford Brookes University.

Rosalind Smith-Maxwell, Vice President Rosalind is the Vice President of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners with over 7 years’ experience in renewable energy and clean technology. She has successfully advised on more than 4GW of renewable energy power projects, including onshore wind, solar and biomass technologies. Her clean technology expertise includes behind the meter storage and battery manufacture technologies.
Previously, she was Vice President at Fieldstone Private Capital Group between 2015 and 2020, where she focused on transactions located in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Fieldstone, she was at Climate Change Capital for seven and a half years
Rosalind holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Edinburgh, and was called to the Bar in 2009, after being awarded the Jules Thorn Scholarship by Middle Temple.

Dawn Turner, Member, Advisory Board Dawn is the former CEO of the Brunel Pensions Partnership, a £30 billion Local Government Pension Scheme Pool formed from the collaboration of 10 Local Government Pension Scheme funds. Prior to her role at Brunel, Dawn served as the Chief Pensions Officer at the Environment Agency Pension Fund. She is currently an Advisory Committee member at Man Group and is a Responsible Investment Advisory Committee member at Irish Life Investment Management.
Dawn is a recognised expert in Responsible Investment and Sustainable Finance with over 30 years’ experience as a finance professional and business leader. She is a recipient of multiple industry awards and was named in Financial News’ top 100 most influential women 2017 and 2018.

Keith Gains, Senior Director Keith is a Senior Director with over 17 years’ experience across investment and asset management in the clean energy sector. Previously he was the Director, and Vice President for the CEI team at Capital Dynamics Group since its inception in 2010 until leaving in 2017. He sat on a number of Boards and was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions across a wide range of technologies totalling in excess of US$ 400 million.
He is responsible for arranging the refinancing of a portfolio of wind assets with a long term project finance facility for US$100m.
Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, he spent seven years at Novera Energy PLC working alongside David Scaysbrook and Rory Quinlan through the key growth phase of Novera until its acquisition by Infinis in 2010.
Keith holds a BA (Hons) Accounting from the University of Wales.
