Stefan Guetter Stefan is General Manager and a member of the Investment Committee with a focus on strategy, business implementation and the financial and organisational structures of the business. He served as Head of Global Distribution and member of the Executive Committee at Dresdner Kleinwort and worked as MD and Head of the Strategic Solutions Group for EMEA after various other management positions during his 12 years at Merrill Lynch. He has 27 years of financial markets and credit experience and has been with the firm since 2019. Stefan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.

Simon Quijano-Evans Simon is the Chief Economist at Gemcorp, having joined in July 2018 to support the firm with all aspects of top-down macro analysis and strategy. He has spent more than 20 years in Emerging Markets, having led research and strategy teams at various firms, including ING, Commerzbank and CA Cheuvreux. He has been 5 years on the asset management side, including as EM Strategist at Legal & General IM. Simon holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Vienna.

Felipe Berliner Felipe is responsible for the firm’s structuring team and is a member of the Investment Committee. He spent most of his career at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in Emerging Markets structuring. Most recently, he was at VTB Capital working on financing companies, financial institutions and sovereigns in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Asia. Before his banking career, he worked as a capital markets, M&A and project finance lawyer. He has 17 years of EM experience. He has been with the firm since 2014.
