Jon Exley Jon Exley, Senior Solutions Manager, Schroders
Jon is a member of the Investment Solutions team, responsible for the design and development of innovative asset management solutions for global institutional clients. Jon joined Schroders in November 2016 and is based in London.
Prior to joining Schroders, he was a Partner in the Investment Advisory practice of KPMG following senior roles in Mercer’s Financial Strategy Group and in the Pension and Insurance team at Barclays Capital.
Throughout his career he has specialised in the provision of strategic investment advice and asset/liability modelling and has led the application of modern financial techniques to pension scheme investment.

Ian Biscoe Ian Biscoe, Client Director, Schroders
Ian Biscoe is a Client Director at Schroders, responsible for managing relationships with UK Institutional clients. Ian joined Schroders in January 2021 from Arabesque Asset Management, where he was Head of Institutional Business for the UK & Ireland. Prior to Arabesque, Ian worked at BMO Global Asset management (formerly F&C Investments) for 13 years, working with many of BMO’s largest UK Institutional clients and at Standard & Poors’ where he was a fund rating analyst.
Ian has a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics & Finance from Loughborough University

Christian Janssen Christian Janssen, Head of Debt, Real Estate, Europe, Nuveen Real Estate
Christian Janssen is the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Debt for Europe at Nuveen Real Estate (NRE) and is based in London. Christian joined NRE in 2013 to launch its European Debt Platform.
Prior to joining the business, Christian was a fund manager and co-head of commercial real estate lending at Renshaw Bay, where he established and launched its maiden CRE Debt strategy. Before this, Christian also worked at Barclays Capital for 7 years where he set up its European CRE lending, securitisation, syndication, and servicing platform. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Morgan Stanley’s Securitised Product Group in New York and London, and First Boston’s Mortgage Financial Engineering and Project Finance Groups in New York.
Christian has over 25 years of experience in structured finance, real estate debt and investment management. Christian graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Yale University.

Rachel Green Director, Institutional Sales, NuveenRachel is responsible for developing relationships with UK institutional investors. She has more than a decade of experience within institutional sales, working with asset owners and stakeholders on both the liability and asset sides. In addition to her most recent role as Associate Director of Institutional Sales at Aviva Investors, she has held positions at reinsurer Munich Re and Russell Investments.
Whilst at Aviva Investors, Rachel sat on the Aviva Group Board Evolution Council as one of twelve future leaders responsible for advising the Aviva Group Board on strategic issues. Rachel is a Co-founder of #talkaboutblack, the ethnicity workstream of the Diversity Project and a Diversity Project Ambassador. She is the Founder of The Skills Workshop, a social initiative to build awareness of the asset management industry, increase financial literacy, and increase social capital amongst university aged students across the UK. In June 2020, she was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for her work in campaigning for greater ethnic diversity in the asset management industry.
