Silver Linings Competition: Putting the S in ESG

The Silver Linings Competition is creating a new route for pension funds to increase their focus on quality of life for older generations - to invest in the best interests of their beneficiaries and put the S in ESG!

At this Digital Webinar, we will provide an introduction to the Silver Linings Competition: why it was created, how the Silver Linings team hope to make getting older a better experience for pension beneficiaries, who the competition is for and how pension funds can help transition investable business plans into assets with impact.

The Silver Linings Competition is looking for innovative, investable, sustainable, scalable ideas – that address how care for older generations might be re-thought, re-worked, joined-up and, importantly, financed. Ideas that will have positive impact on the individuals themselves, society in general, and that can be - or become - more environmentally friendly, and improve longevity, quality of life and wellbeing overall.

We will discuss how those with ideas in need of investment can enter the business plan stage of the competition, the multidisciplinary approach we seek and the sustainable development goals we would like entrants to consider. And importantly we will be taking and answering your questions. The first prize is £10,000 and there are two Runners Up prizes of £5,000 each.

This event is free for to attend and will take place digitally via a Zoom Webinar.
