Conrad Holmboe CIO, Wayhome
Conrad is Wayhome's Chief Investment Officer, in charge of defining and implementing the company's investment strategy and building the quantitative analytics and risk systems used to match customers with properties to deliver a specific investment outcome. Prior to joining Wayhome, Conrad co-founded OINKY an FCA-regulated algorithm based saving application aimed at automating people's savings towards the deposit on their first home.
Previously, Conrad was a director at investment consultancy Redington (6 years) where he advised some of the UK's largest defined benefit pension schemes on strategic asset allocation, risk management and investment strategy, but specialised in helping his clients access asset classes they previously couldn't invest in such as lifetime mortgages, ground rents and student accommodation.

Antonia Shepherd-Barron Client Relationship Manager, Institutional Client Coverage UK - UBS Asset Management
Antonia is a member of the UK Institutional Client Coverage team. She is responsible for the relationship with a number of institutional clients and is also responsible for building relationships with prospective clients.
Prior to this, Antonia worked in Investor Relations for SoftBank Investment Advisers, responsible for servicing investors in Vision Fund I.
Before joining Softbank Investment Advisers, Antonia started her career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she worked with Institutional clients in both the UK and Nordic regions.
Antonia holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Catherine McLaughlin Director, UK Business Development Allianz Global InvestorsCatherine is a Director within the UK Institutional team at Allianz Global Investors focusing on business development and consultant relationships.
Catherine joined AllianzGI in 2020 from State Street Global Advisors where she had business development and client responsibilities since 2012 primarily focussing on UK pension schemes and their derisking journey. Previously she had worked as an investment consultant at Aon Hewitt and a Fixed Income Fund manager at Irish Life Investment Managers.
Catherine has a Masters of Science in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University and a Bachelor degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin. She is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder.

Zachary Gauge Head of Research & Strategy Europe ex DACH, Director, UBS Asset Management
Zachary was appointed Head of Research & Strategy Europe ex DACH of the Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business for UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) in June 2021.
Zachary joined UBS-AM’s Real Estate Research & Strategy team in December 2014. His main role is to help the European real estate teams identify risks and opportunities traditional real estate sectors as well as the alternative markets, using a top-down macro-economic approach.
He also delivers regular research-based views on themarket to the internal fund management teams andexternal clients in both written and verbal form, andin addition, contributes to the bi-annual European commercial property forecasts, the development of fund strategies, new products and supports ongoing marketing and capital raising efforts. Zachary is a voting member of the European investment committee.
Prior to joining UBS Zachary worked at CBRE (2012–2014) on the EMEA research team with a focus on office occupational analysis and at Property Market Analysis (2010–2012) where he was responsible for analysing regional UK office and industrial markets.
Zachary holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Ainslie McLennan Head of Balanced Funds, Real Estate, UK, Nuveen
Ainslie oversees the U.K. Balanced Funds and is fund manager of the Janus Henderson U.K. Property Strategy, alongside Marcus Langlands Pearse, for which Nuveen Real Estate is the investment sub-advisor.
Ainslie joined the business in 2002 and has gained extensive experience running commercial property mandates investing in U.K. and European markets. She began her career in 1996 working in the investment department at Ryden Property Consultants in Edinburgh, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1998. In 2001, she joined PJ Leggate & Co. where she was involved with acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial property. In 2016, Ainslie was recognised by London publication, City A.M., as one of the city’s 100 most influential women. She was short-listed for Investment Week’s “Fund Manager of the Year” in 2017, Janus Henderson U.K. Property PAIF received the Portfolio Adviser Platinum Award in January 2018.
Ainslie graduated with a Bachelor’s of Land Economy, honours, from Aberdeen University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum. She holds the Investment Management Certificate and is FSA regulated.

Sophie Ballard Institutional Director, Global Client Group, Nuveen
Sophie is a UK Sales Director at Nuveen Asset Management and part of the Global Client Group. Sophie is responsible for relationships with UK investors and growing the UK institutional business across multiple distribution channels including LGPS, DB and DC pension schemes. She has over a decade of experience in institutional sales, relationship management and strategic account oversight, working with investors across the pension and financial institution client segments. Prior to Nuveen, Sophie held a number of roles at SSGA, where most recently she was responsible for growing the UK DC and strategic partners group. Prior to this, she held relationship management roles in both London and New York.
She also sits on the Returners workstream of the Diversity Project and is involved in a number of initiatives championing women in the workplace. She studied History at the University of Nottingham and is IMC qualified.
