Gabriel Micheli Senior Investment Manager, Pictet-ReGeneration - Pictet
Gabriel joined Pictet Asset Management in 2006 and is a Senior Investment Manager in the Thematic Equities team. He has been co-managing the Global Environmental Opportunities strategy since its inception in 2014 and will be managing the new Regeneration strategy. Prior to that Gabriel co-managed the Pictet Timber strategy from 2008 to 2018, where he has kept an advisory role, and was co-manager of the Pictet Clean Energy strategy from 2007 to 2010. Gabriel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen.

Kate Rickards Senior Business Development Manager - Pictet
Kate joined Pictet Asset Management in 2019 as a Senior Business Development Manager. Based in London, Kate focuses on developing our institutional business in the UK.
Kate joined us from Epoch Investment Partners where she sought to develop relationships with the UK's largest corporate and local authority pension schemes. Prior to that Kate held a similar role at SKAGEN Funds and was previously at Barclays and Schroders.

Ben O'Donnell Chief Investment Officer -HSBC Asset Management
Ben has more than 20 years’ experience in funds management and investment banking, with deep agriculture experience across a range of industries.
Previously, worked in agriculture funds management at Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets, with AUM of A$2.7 billion and led agriculture coverage within Macquarie Capital, advising on more than A$4 billion of transactions.
In the 6 years prior to joining Climate Asset Management, Ben was a key contributor to more than doubling the AUM of the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Agriculture platform.

Jasvir Virk Business Development, UK Pensions - HSBC Asset Management
Jasvir leads Business Development for UK Pensions at HSBC Asset Management. Jasvir most recently was a Senior Director at BlackRock and a member of the UK institutional business responsible for client relationship management and business development. Prior to that, she was Head of European Client Relations at PineBridge Investments, working with both Institutional and Intermediary clients, Jasvir has also held several roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Jasvir holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge and is a holder of the Investment Management Certificate.

Ben McEwen Climate Change Investment Analyst - Sarasin & Partners
Ben is responsible for evaluating the investment implications of climate change and integrating these risks and opportunities into portfolios .
Prior to joining Sarasin & Partners in 2018, Ben worked for RBC and CIBC as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst covering global natural resources. He has also worked in audit and assurance for PwC in London, and as a commodities economist in Sydney, Australia.
Ben is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, holds a Certificate in Investments (Securities) from CISI, a Certificate in Economics of Competing Energy Technologies from Stanford University and graduated the Global MBA at Imperial College London with Distinction.

Matt Pumo Head of Institutional - Sarasin & Partners
Matt joined Sarasin & Partners in August 2020, with over 20 years experience.
Prior to joining Sarasin & Partners, Matt worked at Newton Investment Management where he was Head of UK Institutional Business Development. Previously Matt has worked at Neuberger Berman, Gartmore Investment Management and Liontrust Asset Management – all focusing on institutional business development.
Matt graduated from Boston College in the United States with a Bachelor of Arts (major in political science) and holds the Securities Institute Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ).

Andy Howard Global Head of Sustainable Investment - Schroders
Andrew is Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Schroders, which includes the firm’s sustainability thought leadership, ESG integration and stewardship. He joined Schroders in 2016 and is based in London.
Andrew was an Equity Analyst at Didas Research from 2013 to 2016, an independent investment research firm he founded. He was an Equity Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2013, where he headed the GS SUSTAIN research team in London identifying long term investment opportunities across global industries.
He also previously worked at McKinsey & Co as a consultant and Deutsche Bank as Head of European Mining Research. Andrew started his investment career in 1997 as an Analyst covering the Steel & Mining sectors at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Andrew is a Senior Advisor to Critical Resource and on the Advisory Panel of the Future-Fit Business initiative.
Qualifications: MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD; BSc in Economics from London School of Economics.

Stephen Bowles Senior Director, UK Institutional Distribution - Schroders
Steve Bowles is a Senior Director within Schroders UK Institutional Distribution Team who joined Schroders in 2008 and is based in London. His current role focuses on the positioning and distribution of Schroders sustainable capabilities in addition to engaging with and supporting Schroders activities across the UK Field Consultant community. He has also held distribution roles within the firm across both the Fiduciary and Defined Contribution businesses.
Stephen was an Account Development Manager at Prudential from 2006 to 2008 and was integral to the distribution, development and marketing of Prudential’s Institutional Investment Only Platform. Prior to that he was a Senior Investment Consultant at Aon, from 2001 to 2006, across a book of DC and DB clients.
Qualifications: Associate of the CII, Investment Management Certificate; BA in Economics and Politics from University of Bath.
