Sara Rauf Senior Consultant, Aon
Sara is a Senior Investment Consultant within the fixed income manager research team based in London. She is the global ESG lead for fixed income, across active and passive strategies, and specialises in sustainable credit, green bonds, UN SDG aligned strategies and climate focused funds.
Before joining Aon in 2017, Sara worked at Close Brothers Asset Management as a senior hedge fund analyst conducting due diligence on alternative strategies for family offices and high net worth clients. Prior to this, she worked at Tarchon Capital Management, a London based Fund of Hedge Funds, as a due diligence analyst.
Sara is a CAIA Charterholder and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in International Management and Modern Languages (German) from the University of Bath.

Caroline Hopper Lead Consultant, Quietroom
Caroline is a Lead Consultant at Quietroom. Since joining in 2015, she’s helped asset managers communicate with investment consultants, helped fiduciary managers tell their story to trustees, and helped trustee boards talk to their members – in both the calm and the storm. She’s created videos about responsible investing, and animations about pension options. She’s worked on pensions communications and strategy for organisations including the FCA, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Nest, the People’s Pension, Prudential, Royal Mail, and SAUL.
Caroline’s an ambassador for the Insuring Women’s Futures programme, a CFA UK Certificate in ESG holder, and a regular public speaker on the power of pensions. She also spent half of last year working at Make My Money Matter, a campaign calling for the trillions of pounds invested in our UK pensions to build a better world.

Adam Lane Senior Investment Consultant, Mercer
Adam is a Senior Investment Consultant with 16 years industry experience. He has worked with a diverse range of clients and is best known for innovation in the defined benefit market. He was one of the early pioneers of the cashflow driven investment concept and designed one of the first fully integrated strategies. He has helped clients win a number of industry awards for risk management, predominately making use of fixed income assets. Adam is a qualified actuary and holds a first class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
