Anna Roberts Director, Consultant Relations
Anna joined the Consultant Relations team as Director in October 2020 and is responsible for maintaining relationships and maximising the ratings of the Federated Hermes product range from UK-based consultants. She joined the international business of Federated Hermes in July 2016 as a Client Director, where she was responsible for building and developing relationships with clients across multiple distribution channels. Prior to joining, Anna held a number of strategic client relationship roles at Daiwa SBI, BlackRock, and Legal & General Investment Management. Anna started her career as a real estate transactions analyst at Goldman Sachs in London. She earned an MSc in International Management from the University College Dublin and a BSc in International Management & Modern Languages from the University of Bath. Anna is a CFA Charterholder.

Benedetta Balducci Head of Portfolio Solutions and Client Solutions (Europe), Hermes GPE London
Benedetta joined Hermes GPE in 2021 as Head of Portfolio Solutions for Europe, where she is responsible for new investors across the Hermes GPE platform. Benedetta has over 10 years of private equity experience across direct and indirect investments, co-investments, business development and funds and co-investment placement. She was previously part of Raymond James Cebile Capital Private Advisory team, where she was a director responsible for Private Equity and Private Lending funds and co-investments placement in Europe. Prior to that Benedetta worked at Generali as part of the PE team, as well as the business development and institutional relations units of the Investments, Assets and Wealth Management division of the Group. Her PE experience started in direct investments, as part of the investment team of the Italian growth capital GP Synergo, which she joined following a short experience at Lazard and Nomura M&A departments.
Benedetta holds an MSc in International Management from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), a Masters in Corporate Management from Fudan University (Shanghai, China) and a BSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University

Ewan Macaulay Senior Portfolio Manager – Corporate Private Placements & Infrastructure Debt, EMEA– MetLife Investment Management
Ewan is a Senior Portfolio Manager within the Client Portfolio Management team, focused on Corporate Private Placements and Infrastructure debt for the EMEA region. Ewan is based in MetLife Investment Management’s (MIM) London office. He joined MetLife in 2011, and in his current role Ewan is focused on working with existing EMEA clients and partnering with Institutional Client Group to develop new client relationships and building MIM’s growing portfolio platform. In his prior role, Ewan was responsible for leading the London-based corporate private placement team covering the private placement markets in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe.
Prior to joining MetLife, Ewan worked at Fitch Ratings as a director focusing on corporate credit ratings across EMEA. He holds a Master of Science in international financial markets from the University of Southampton and a Master of Arts in business studies from the University of Edinburgh.

Nigel Murdoch Managing Director and Head of Institutional Client Group – EMEA– MetLife Investment Management
Nigel is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA for the institutional client group with responsibility for the delivery of business development and client service across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining MetLife Investment Management in January 2020, Nigel was head of EMEA Distribution with Martin Currie, the active equity specialist. Prior to that, he spent 14 years with BlackRock where he was most recently based in Dubai with responsibility for the Middle Eastern institutional business. Before his transition into asset management, Nigel spent 10 years in sales roles on fixed income trading floors, most recently with Goldman Sachs where he focused on liquid rates and derivative sales to official institutions. Nigel has over 25 years of business development experience across the investment banking and investment management sectors.
Nigel holds a first class honours degree in accounting and finance from the University of Dundee, and a Master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Andrew Tan Head of Asia Pacific Private Debt - Muzinich & Co
Andrew has 20 years’ experience in the Asia-Pacific Private Debt, Syndicated Loans and Distressed Debt markets. He joined Muzinich in July 2020 having previously successfully built two private debt businesses for HSBC and Nomura targeting middle-market companies. From 2016 to 2020 he was Head of Global Loans and Special Situations, Asia-Pacific at HSBC and a member of HSBC’s Global Credit Executive Committee and Asia Pacific Fixed Income Executive Committee. From 2008 to 2016, he was Head of Trading, Loans and Special Situations, Asia ex Japan at Nomura. Prior to Nomura, Andrew worked at Merrill Lynch and ABN AMRO. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and was Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association Secondary Loan committee from December 2018 to June 2020.

Andrew Douglas is Head of Institutional Sales at Muzinich & Co. Andrew previously worked at AXA Investment Managers and prior to that at BMO Global Asset Management, as well as other Asset Managers throughout his career. He has a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics and is an IMC and CFA ESG certificate holder.

Rosalind Smith-Maxwell Vice President, Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners
Rosalind is the Vice President with over 7 years’ experience in renewable energy and clean technology.
• Successfully advised on more than 4GW of renewable energy power projects including onshore wind, solar and biomass technologies. Her clean technology expertise includes behind the meter storage and battery manufacture technologies
• Was a Vice President at Fieldstone Private Capital Group between 2015 and 2020, where she focused on transactions located in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Fieldstone she was at Climate Change Capital for seven and a half years
• Holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Edinburgh, and was called to the Bar in 2009, after being awarded the Jules Thorn scholarship by Middle Temple
