With a Bachelor’s degree of Politics and Economics from Waseda University in 2001 and over 21 years working experience, Guan joined Hwabao WP fund in 2021.
Previously, Guan was a financial analyst and associate, with Goldman Sachs, Tokyo. He then moved to Beijing Gaohua Securities becoming Head of Equity Sales until 2017, when he took the position of Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales at UBS Securities before joining Hwabao WP Fund in 2021. Guan has unique insights on local asset allocation with global view.

Florence M H Lee Head of China Sales and Business Development - EMEA for HSBC Securities Services (HSS)
Based in London, Florence assists clients in the EMEA region across different sectors seeking to access the China market through cross-border investment schemes. Florence is the committee member of the two HSBC China Committee in the UK and the Middle East, driving the key China initiatives in HSBC Group for the EMEA region. She is also the media spokesperson for HSS on China subject matters in the EMEA region, and is regularly reported on major journals and quoted on media representing HSBC.
In 2006, Florence joined HSBC in Hong Kong as Vice President, Business Development for HSS and was responsible for the key international asset managers. She relocated to the United Kingdom in 2008 to manage European client relationships. She also has experience in managing the Sovereign Wealth Funds and State-Owned Enterprise clients from China. Prior to joining HSBC, Florence held institutional sales and relationship management roles in the asset management for Fidelity, JP Morgan Asset Management and several local fund houses in Hong Kong.
