Vicky is Director of Business Development, responsible for business growth and client relationship satisfaction within Fiduciary Management at Kempen in the UK.
Prior to joining Kempen in 2019, she worked for Charles Stanley Asset Management where she was product specialist, and managed client relationships and their investment portfolios.
Vicky has a BA (Hons) in Anthropology from Durham University and an MA in Business/Managerial Economics from Durham Business School. She is also an Associate Member (ASCI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Head of Investment Strategy UK, Kempen Capital
Alastair, CFA, is responsible for designing and developing strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies for our UK clients, including use of liability hedging, alternatives and research of innovative asset classes.
Prior to joining Kempen in 2018, Alastair was a Senior Investment Consultant at Willis Towers Watson where he spent 10 years in the pension, governance and investment industry, working with clients in the UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.
Alastair has a BSci (Hons) in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol. He is a CFA Charterholder and in 2021, Professional Pensions named him a finalist in their Rising Stars in Asset Management.
Managing Director and Partner
Vikram is a Managing Director and Partner responsible for Climate Impact for AIP Private Markets where he also serves on the Investment Committee. He has 24 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Climate Funds Lead at the World Bank Group (IFC). Previously, Vikram was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a portfolio manager with Lazard Frères. From 2019-21, Vikram served as the Chair for the Impact Council at EMPEA (Emerging Markets Private Equity Association). He is currently a member of the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Sustainability Council and serves on the GenderSmart working group on Gender and Climate. Vikram received degrees in Economics and Finance from Bombay University and in International Affairs at Columbia University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
