Gordon is Head of Distribution for Europe and the GCC with Eastspring Investments.
Prior to joining Eastspring Investments, he was Head of European Business Development at AMG for 5 years. He was also Head of EMEA Marketing and Sales at Northern Trust Global Investments, and held similar Marketing and Sales roles for Institutional and Retail distribution at both Gartmore and Fleming Investment Management.
Gordon has also spent two years leading the Asset Management Practice of a Financial Services Search firm, as well as spending time in the British Army.

Guan holds a bachelor's degree of Politics and Economics from Waseda University at 2001. He has over 21 years working experience and joined Hwabao WP fund in 2021. Guan used to be a financial analyst and associate at Goldman Sachs, Tokyo before moving to Beijing Gaohua Securities becoming Head of Equity sales until 2017. After 2017, Guan took the position of Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales at UBS Securities before joining Hwabao WP fund in 2021. Guan has unique insights on local asset allocation with global view.
