Vice President & Director - TD Greystone
Carl is a senior member of the TD Greystone Infrastructure Investments team. He participates with other senior team members in investment strategy, operations and investment selection for the TD Greystone Infrastructure strategy. His broad experience covers infrastructure investing, private equity and investment banking. He was previously Vice President at a private equity firm and Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at a major Global alternative asset manager. Post-MBA, Carl developed his career as an Associate in various investment banking positions at various securities firms. Pre-MBA, he gained experience in business development at a multi-unit franchise. Carl holds a B. Comm. from Ryerson University and an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Emmet has primary responsibility for new business development in the EMEA region. Epoch and its affiliate, TD Asset Management (TDAM) are the asset management arms of TD Bank Group. Prior to joining in 2021, Emmet held institutional distribution positions at Federated Hermes, GAM Investments and BlackRock. Prior to this, Emmet began his career at the law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills. Emmet graduated from the National University of Ireland with a degree in Law, holds the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management and the Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law, Bloomsbury, London.

rior to joining Aviva Investors, Stephanie worked at BMO Global Asset Management (now part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments) as an UK Institutional Client Director focusing on DB pension schemes and investment platforms. Prior to BMO, Stephanie worked at BlackRock Investment Management as a Client Solutions Investment Strategist and provided complex outcome orientated solutions for the firm’s largest institutional clients. She specialised in Liability Driven Investing (LDI), ALM modelling, currency hedging, risk management and leveraged equity strategies. Stephanie started her career at British Airways Pensions Investment Management Limited as a trainee Asia ex-Japan Equities Portfolio Manager.
Stephanie holds a BSc (Hons) Economics Degree from University College London and passed and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) in 2013.
Head of Private Debit Investment Specialists - Aviva Investors
Ewan leads the Private Debt team within Aviva Investor’s Investment Specialist function. Ewan and his team are private debt experts, with a focus on Aviva Investors’ four key private credit strategies: Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt, Structured Finance, and Private Corporate Debt. The team supports Aviva Investors’ investment and distribution teams by providing specialist private debt input. The team is also integral in developing new private debt strategies and solutions in conjunction with the investment & distribution teams, as well as ensuring our existing funds and products are best in class.
Ewan joined Aviva Investors in 2022. He began his career in 2004 as a credit analyst at Fitch Ratings, where he worked as a Director focusing on corporate credit ratings across EMEA. He went on to join MetLife Investment Management where he held various roles, including a Managing Director role where he headed-up the EMEA Private Placement origination desk, and a Senior Portfolio Manager role where he was responsible for client portfolios spanning Corporate Private Placements & Infrastructure Debt. He holds a Master of Science in International Financial Markets from the University of Southampton and a Master of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh.

Alok joined Muzinich in February 2020 and is the Global Head of Aviation Finance. He has over 20 years of experience in structured finance and prior to joining Muzinich was head of aviation finance at Investec, a FTSE 250 investment bank. He worked for nearly 14 years in Investec and was one of the founding members of the aviation finance business. He was instrumental in building their aviation finance fund platform and also established aviation debt funds for institutional investors. Alok has extensive industry relationships across financial institutions, leasing companies, manufacturers and airlines and is a regular speaker at aviation conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Calcutta University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) from India
