End game planning is now an agenda item at most trustee meetings and many schemes are have already started the journey that will take them to their final destination.

We welcome both trustee and corporate sponsors to join us for dinner to discuss current market trends, how to prepare your scheme for its final journey and to explore what the journey to buy-out might look like for you.

Stephen Longfellow
Business Development
Stephen joined Rothesay in May 2021. He is a member of the Business Development Team and, given his legal background, also oversees the execution of new bulk annuity transactions as part of Rothesay’s in-house legal team. Prior to joining Rothesay, Stephen was a pensions lawyer with over 10 years’ experience. He specialised in pension risk transfer and advised Rothesay as external legal counsel as well as advising trustees and sponsors.
Róisín O'Shea
Business Development
Róisín is part of Rothesay’s Business Development team. She has spent most of her career focused on pension de-risking and has worked on a wide range of transactions both at Rothesay and during her time in Aviva and Legal & General’s bulk annuity teams. Róisín is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has received the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary accreditation.
