Tom Seecharan Business Development
Tom joined Rothesay’s Business Development team in October 2019 and has 20 years’ experience as a pensions actuary advising schemes and sponsors on assessing and managing pensions risk, with a particular emphasis on pensions risk transfer.
Prior to joining Rothesay, Tom led KPMG in the UK’s 20-strong specialist Pensions Risk Settlement team which had experience of helping clients in more than 200 insurance transactions of a range of sizes from £1 million to more than £2 billion with a combined total of more than £20 billion of liabilities.
Tom started his career in 2001 with Mercer and joined KPMG in 2005. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and has a degree in Econometrics from the University of York.

Róisín O'Shea Business Development
Róisín is part of Rothesay’s Business Development team. She has spent most of her career focused on pension de-risking and has worked on a wide range of transactions both at Rothesay and during her time in Aviva and Legal & General’s bulk annuity teams. Róisín is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has received the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary accreditation.
