Nick Trinder Nick is currently a Relationship Manager for AXA Corporate Investment Services with 15 years industry experience. During the past three years Nick has been instrumental in driving propositional improvements and developing strategic relationships with our corporate clients. Nick initially joined Winterthur’s Corporate Implementation Team in 2002, specialising in the implementation of Occupational Group Pension Schemes. Nick progressed onto managing this team and in January 2009 was asked to join the Wealth Management division to head up the Quotes Department, delivering improved working practices and efficiencies, before returning to the Corporate Investment area during 2010. -
Louise Harris Louise is a senior communications and marketing professional having worked in the pensions and benefits sector for almost 20 years (last 4 for Capita). She has experience in strategic communications and delivery across all layers of creative media including web, print, email, face to face and film. Her approach is to work in partnership with clients to really understand their objectives and help them achieve intelligent and well-purposed communication strategies. She has a real passion for transforming products and services both on and off line. Recent client success stories include Morrisons’ auto enrolment launch. Other clients include M&S, BP, Cummins and a number of large public sector organisations. She is a regular speaker on the subject of pension and benefit communications at industry events and has a strong network with her fellow pension communication practitioners. At Capita she leads our client communications practice which we truly believe adds great strength and innovation to our overall proposition for clients. -
Mike Webb Mike joined the AXA Corporate Investment Services team in July 2011, as Head of Sales. AXA Wealth’s Corporate Investment Services team is responsible for the strategy and sale of the company’s institutional investment platform and offers investment services to trustees of corporate pension plans, and Mike joins with more than 25 years’ experience in financial services. Mike’s most recent position at Standard Life was senior business development manager in the corporate pensions division where he led a national team of business development managers. Prior to this he was national relationship manager within the same business. -

Kirsten Watts Kirsten is a Senior Communications Consultant who specialises in employee engagement and communication. Prior to working with Hymans Robertson she worked with Friends Provident leading a communications team, liaising with companies to develop and implement communication strategies. Kirsten has experience in delivering communications that accommodate the complexity of pensions and wider savings options allowing for different learning styles and behaviours of individuals. Kirsten has worked within the financial services industry for over 10 years, working with organisations such as Michelin, Bacardi and City and Guilds. -
Marcus Mollan Marcus Mollan – Head of Strategic Investment & Risk Management Research. Marcus directs the technical and strategic research process within LGIM's Strategic Investment and Risk Management (SIRM) team. He joined LGIM in January 2009 as Head of Liability-Driven Investment and moved to the SIRM team when it was formed in early 2011. He previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was a Director in the European Pension Solutions and Advisory Group. Previously, Marcus was a Senior Investment Consultant at Mercer Investment Consulting and was a member of Mercer's Strategic Research and Investment Risk Groups. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a graduate of Oxford University, where he obtained a first in Mathematics and an MSc with distinction in Applied Statistics. -
Linda Daw Linda Daw is an experienced leader in employee engagement, heading up Buck’s UK Communication Practice. Her expertise spans both strategic development and delivery. In 2004 she set up an independent communication consultancy, specialising in employee benefits and HR communication. Prior to that Linda was an Employee Communication Consultant – European Principal at Mercer where she was responsible for assisting clients with complex HR communication programmes. Linda graduated in English and Media Studies BA and is a qualified member of the International Association of Business Communicators. -
Nigel Aston Nigel is a Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) and the Head of European Defined Contribution. He is responsible for the direction of the UK and European business, part of the SSGA global DC franchise. He leads on proposition development, strategic marketing and sales. Nigel is a frequent commentator on DC investment issues in the press, as well as being a regular speaker at conferences and in the media. He is the key company DC liaison with industry, government and regulatory bodies and sits on the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) External Affairs Committee, Investment Management Association (IMA) and the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) Global Committee. Nigel brings to the role a strong client service background, extensive experience in leading distribution and marketing teams and driving product design. He has been involved with workplace DC investment products for his whole career and is passionate about helping to give workplace savers a more confident retirement. Prior to joining SSGA, Nigel was a director at DCisions, a technology start-up focused on understanding the behaviours and outcomes of DC savers through data analytics. His previous experience also includes time as head of strategy and proposition at Standard Life and a number of roles at AXA, including investment strategy director.

Vincent Franklin Vincent co-founded Quietroom in 2003. He’sspent more than 15 years helping financial serviceorganisations and government departments use language in a way that connects with the reader, strengthens relationships, and helps people make smarter decisions about the things that matter to them. His clients have included British Steel Pension Scheme, British Airways Retirement Plan, Bupa, DWP, Experian, HMRC, HSBC, Kodak Pension Plan,KPMG, Lloyds Banking Group, Prudential, Royal MailPension Scheme, The Cabinet Office, and Unilever.
Vincent started his career in the theatre. He’s still a working actor, managing to juggle his time between Quietroom and roles on TV (Gentleman Jack, Bodyguard, The Thick Of It and Cucumber) and in the theatre (This House at the National Theatre and Mary Stuart at the Almeida). He recently publishedhis first book, Menus That Made History.
