Ian McQuade Ian is a Director at Muse Advisory and has nearly 30 years’ expertise covering pension scheme management, administration and governance for both DB & DC schemes. He advises Trustees and Companies on a wide range of strategic, operational and governance related issues, including: advising, facilitating and challenging trustees on strategy and business plan development; advising on operational and administration effectiveness; leading clients through the review, selection and implementation of advisers and suppliers to their scheme; supporting trustees review and enhance governance of their DB and DC schemes; leading or supporting the implementation of major pension change projects.

Andrew Moffitt Group Managing Director Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in leading the delivery of integrated strategic consultancy & marketing communications programmes for some of the world’s leading companies including; Ford, Nestlé, Unilever, American Express, GSK, BP and IBM.
Prior to joining Ferrier Pearce Creative Group as Group Managing Director, Andrew ran Capita’s Digital Transformation business, responsible for developing business critical systems for partner organisations such as The Pensions Regulator and a number of local Government departments.
Andrew regularly speaks on the challenges of organisational digital transformation and delivering best in class user experience across the full digital ecosystem.

Sam is a consumer champion and passionate about the power of technology to help people achieve better financial outcomes. To support this aim, she is a non-executive director at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Bank, and a member of the Money and Pension Services (MaPS) Pension Dashboard steering group, a platform to help bring open finance to pensions. She is also a member of TISA’s Open Savings, Investments and Pensions (OSIP) steering group, aiming to make open finance a reality.
