Greg Saichin Greg Saichin, CIO Global Emerging Market Debt. Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors in 2013, Greg spent 13 years as Head of Emerging Markets & Leveraged Finance Fixed Income funds and Senior Portfolio Manager for Pioneer Investments. At Pioneer, Greg was responsible for € 4.5 bn in dedicated investments in Emerging Market Debt and High Yield and Multi-Asset mandates. Greg spent two years at Credit Lyonnais as an associate director in the Emerging Market Debt Group having worked in Emerging Market Debt distribution at Deutsche Bank between 1994 and 1997 and European Capitals Markets distribution at Chemical Bank. Greg started his career in 1984.

David Scott David Scott has 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Stone Harbor, David served as a Managing Director, Investment Policy Committee member and Head of the Traditional Investment Group responsible for the traditional bond product at Salomon Brothers Asset Management. Prior to his time with Salomon Brothers, he served as a Global Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Earlier in his career, David served as a US Dollar Portfolio Manager at Mercury Asset Management and as a Consultant Actuary for the Wyatt Company. He attained a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Nottingham University.

Dan C Roberts PhD Dan C. Roberts is an Executive Managing Director at MacKay Shields and Chief Investment Officer of its Global Fixed Income (GFI) team. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities he spearheads the team’s macro-economic research, chairs the GFI Investment Policy Committee (IPC), and serves on the MacKay Shields senior leadership team. Before joining the private sector, Dan served at the White House with the President’s Council of Economic Advisors from 1981 to 1983, was the Chief of Staff of the US Congress’s Joint Economic Committee from 1984 to 1985 and was an economist at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 1977 to 1978. Dan has been with the firm since 2004 when MacKay Shields acquired the fixed income business of Pareto Partners, where he was CIO. Dan first began assembling his team in 1989, when he was head of fixed income at UBS Asset Management. In 1997 the team joined Forstmann-Leff International and was subsequently purchased by Pareto Partners in 2000. Before working for UBS, Dan was head of global interest rate and currency swaps trading at Chase Manhattan Bank. Dan holds a BBA and a PhD from University of Iowa. He has been working in the investment industry since 1977.

Saker Nusseibeh Saker Nusseibeh CEO Saker was appointed Chief Executive of Hermes Investment Management in May 2012 (having been Acting CEO since November 2011) after joining in June 2009 as a main Board Director and Head of Investment. He is responsible for leading the firm’s growth strategy, while ensuring that all Hermes’ investment capabilities continue to deliver excellence, enabling the firm to compete at the highest levels in the third-party market and meet the needs of its clients. Prior to Hermes, Saker joined Fortis Investments USA in 2005 as CIO Global Equities, latterly becoming Global Head of Equities, responsible for managing the company’s 12 equity centres. Before this he was CIO Global Equities and Head of Marketing for SGAM UK, where he re-orientated the company offering to include high-alpha UK strategies and a global offering. His role at SGAM UK came after the acquisition of Trust Company of the West (TCW) where Saker was Managing Director, running various global and international strategies as well as TCW’s London office. He started his career at Mercury Asset Management (MAM) in 1987. Saker is Chairman of the 300 Club, a group of leading investment professionals from across the globe who have joined together to raise awareness about the potential impact of current market thinking and behaviours, and to call for immediate action. Saker is also a member of the CFA Future of Finance Council and a public member of Network Rail. Saker has a BA and PhD in Medieval History from Kings College, University of London.
