Emma Haight-Cheng Emma Haight joined the investment team in the London office in March 2014. Ms. Haight is primarily responsible for sourcing, arranging and managing infrastructure debt investments in Europe and has over 10 years of infrastructure and energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining AMP, Ms. Haight worked as Vice President of NIBC Bank NV’s Infrastructure and Renewables senior debt team and at Nur Energie SAS originating and executing renewable energy development and investment in France and North Africa. Ms. Haight is a UK qualified solicitor, qualifying into Allen & Overy’s Projects group in London, and brings significant additional energy structuring and arranging experience to the Investment Team. Over the course of her career, Ms. Haight has played a key role in structuring and arranging equity and debt finance across a range of market leading energy and infrastructure acquisition transactions. Ms. Haight holds a BA and MA(Oxon) from Oxford University.

Tony Yu Tony Yu is a fund manager in Kames Capital’s Indirect Property Team. He is responsible for developing portfolio strategies, overseeing the indirect property team’s fund research and sourcing secondary-market deals. He joined Kames Capital in 2012 from ING, where he was a fund manager in the ING Real Estate Select team. Tony studied Economics at the London School of Economics and is a member of the Data and Indices Committee of the Association of Real Estate Funds. He has 12 years’ industry experience.

Paul Sweeting Paul Sweeting – Head of Research, Solutions Paul is responsible for leading global research in investment strategy, outcome-oriented investing, risk management and asset-liability modeling. He works closely with teams not just at LGIM but also across the Legal & General Group. Paul joined LGIM in 2015 from J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he was Paul was European Head of the Strategy Group. Prior to that, he was a Professor of Actuarial Science at the University of Kent, where he continues to hold a chair. As well as holding a PhD in Economics from the University of Bristol, Paul is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and of the Royal Statistical Society. He is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary and a CFA charterholder.
