Tim Smith - Eversheds Tim is a senior associate professional support lawyer at Eversheds LLP, where he provides technical support and training to the pensions team and to clients. Tim has particular expertise in scheme funding, automatic enrolment, UK and EU pensions policy and the UK pensions tax regime. He runs training for pension scheme trustees and employers, including the Trustees of the ITV Pension Scheme, the Trustees of the Deloitte UK Pension Scheme and McDonalds. Tim also prepares regular e-briefings for Eversheds' clients.
Tim has developed Eversheds innovative online auto-enrolment compliance tool, ‘aeready’. He also plays a key role in organising Eversheds’ client seminars and their highly successful annual pensions conference, which is now in its 9th year. He is a regular speaker at seminars, writes articles for the pensions media and is a keen contributor on social media. Tim won mallowstreet’s Most Influential Lawyer award in 2013.
Tim sits on the NAPF’s EU Working Group, the SPC’s PR Committee and the PMI's Trustee Group sub-committee. He was part of a team which reviewed the impact of the new statutory definition of "money purchase benefits" for the Department for Work and Pensions and he was involved in updating the National Occupational Standards for Pension Scheme Trusteeship on behalf of the Financial Services Skills Council. Tim also contributed to the Performance and Reward Centre's report 'Employee Pension Provision: Today and Tomorrow'.

Stephanie Condra - AXA IM Stephanie is Director of Pensions Segment Development at AXA Investment Managers. As a senior leader in our Clients & Markets team she focuses on analysing the trends that are impacting the pensions market and developing thought leadership and strategies to help our clients navigate challenges and opportunities in investment markets. In previous roles Stephanie led the investment consulting business at a pension consultant in Ireland and also structured wealth management solutions for a private bank in Canada. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry. She completed the specialised Global Asset and Wealth Management MBA programme at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.

Stewart Robertson - Aviva Investors Senior Economist (UK AND EUROPE). Stewart is responsible for the economic research and analysis of the UK and main European markets, working alongside the other economists in our Strategy team. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Stewart worked for Lombard Street Research, where he specialised as a UK economist. He also held positions at Coopers & Lybrand and Unilever plc. Stewart began his career as an economist in 1987, before joining financial markets in 1993.
Stewart holds a BA (Hons) in economics from Liverpool University and an MSc in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
