Only three months ago we launched SOFI – our AI software that saves you time, checks messaging, improves delivery, monitors performance and captures questions.

I use SOFI in every meeting. SOFI records the conversation, runs detailed analysis on what was discussed, captures the questions and gives me a summary report.

As a result, my ‘meeting effectiveness’ has gone through the roof. For the first time, I’m no longer furiously writing notes, trying to capture every word. Now, I can actively listen. I’ve written about this point before, and I will say again: it is a game changer. Alongside my own takeaways, my team can also look at my meeting analysis and give me their feedback on what I need to change, adapt, or update – in as close to real time as possible.

In recent weeks, I’ve also noticed that when it comes to the end of the day, I’m on top of my follow up. I share the meeting summaries with everyone who attended so we all have an accurate summary of what was discussed, and the key action points that require action. The 15 minutes saved every time starts to compound. As a result I have freed up opportunities, and more importantly head space, to tackle everything else that is on my to-do list.
