Martha Reyes Research Analyst - Fidelity Digital Assets
Martha joined Fidelity Digital Assets℠ in 2024 as a Research Analyst based in the UK, creating thought leadership research, working closely with sales and marketing to provide leading educational resources to clients.
Martha has spent nearly 20 years at major investment banks in institutional equity sales and in portfolio management, launching and managing Emerging Markets equity funds for global asset management firms. She has extensive experience in fundamental equity analysis across multiple industries and markets. Martha has an MBA focusing on blockchain technology and data analysis and studied at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. As a council member, she has also undertaken digital assets research for The Digital Economy Initiative, an independent think tank dedicated to promoting effective public policy for the digital economy.

Emma Pecenicic Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific ex-Japan - Fidelity International
Emma joined Fidelity International in 2021, as Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific ex Japan. Based in Hong Kong, Emma leads the build out of Fidelity’s digital product solutions and digital wealth strategy, enabling an improved client experience in Asia. Since 2023, she leads the distribution efforts for digital assets globally, supporting the commercialisation of Fidelity International’s Bitcoin spot strategy as well as fund tokenization.
Passionate about new technologies, Emma joined the digital transformation team in 2017 at BNP Paribas Asset Management Hong Kong, where she led the digital transformation of BNPP AM globally and in APAC. She designed the global digital strategy and led the implementation of the Augmented Investments Programme, aiming to increase the usage of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and other technologies in the asset manager’s operating model and investment processes. Emma has also led multiple projects on digital assets and tokenisation since 2018. Prior to pursuing a career in technology and fintech, Emma started her career at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris as an Investment Specialist in the European Equities Team. She then moved to Hong Kong in 2012, specialising in China RMB capabilities and Indonesian equities for international investors.
Emma has been keenly involved in the FinTech Association of Hong-Kong since 2017 and she has been co-chair of the Blockchain committee from 2020 until 2022 and board member since. More recently, Emma has joined the W3W community has a founding member, supporting women in Web3, the non-profit organisation aims to build, educate and invest in the future of women who are in the crypto/web3 industry. Emma holds an MSc in Financial Management and a Diplome des Grandes Ecoles with a major in Financial Analysis from EDHEC Business School in France.

Elliot Date National Development Senior Manager, Sales - Fideilty International
Elliot joined Fidelity in 2014 where he started in the customer services team, progressing into the UK Wholesale sales team in 2015. Since joining the sales team, Elliot has taken responsibility for several of Fidelity’s key clients across the south of the UK whilst also delivering presentations across the UK at numerous industry events. He holds his Level-4 IMC qualification, the CFA Certificate in ESG investing, CFTe (Certified financial technical) qualification from the international federation of technical analysts & is a full member of the society of technical analysts in London. In his spare time, Elliot is an avid reader, martial artist, and gardener.

Manuel Nordeste Head of Business Development Fidelity Digital Assets Europe - Fidelity Digital Assets
Manuel joined Fidelity Digital Assets℠ in 2020 and is responsible for Business Development outside of the United States, ensuring that commercial, product, and client acquisition strategies continue to support a rapidly growing international client base.
Manuel has over ten years’ experience in the financial services sector, where he has worked across multiple functions, including sales, strategy, and technology. Before joining Fidelity Digital Assets℠, Manuel served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where he ran the Market Solutions group in Europe.
Manuel earned his Master of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton.
