Ben Clissold Head Of Fixed Income & Treasury, Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd. Pension Scheme
Ben joined USS Investment Management Limited as Head of Fixed Income and Treasury in January 2020. He was previously at BlackRock where he managed the LDI business in EMEA and led the coordination of Integrated LDI across Global Fixed Income. In addition, he was the Chair of BlackRock’s Investment Oversight Committee and was responsible for $22bn active LDI clients. Prior to this, Ben worked with P-Solve as Deputy CIO, where he was the Chair of the Derivative Policy Committee and a voting member of the Investment Committee. Ben has an MSc in Mathematics from Durham University.

Kate Hollis Global Head of Credit, Manager Research, WTW
Kate joined Willis Towers Watson in Sept 2014 as a Manager Researcher on the fixed-income team. She leads the Credit manager research team globally.
She previously spent 10 years at S&P Capital IQ, most recently as global head, fixed income/alternatives fund research. Before that, she spent 5 years working for funds of hedge funds and 15 years in fixed-income sales and trading in London and New York, working for Deutsche Bank, Daiwa Securities, Scotia McLeod, and Schroders.
Kate has an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University.

Jiwei Dong Head of Market Risk & Asset Allocation, NEST Corporation
Jiwei gained a BA in Economics from Peking University, China and an MSC and PhD in Finance from Lancaster University, UK. He holds the chartered financial analyst accreditation (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and financial risk manager (FRM) designations. Prior to joining Nest, Jiwei was a quantitative researcher on global macro strategies at two different asset managers, Barclays Global Investors and Auriel Capital. He started his career in investment management as a quantitative analyst at Crosby Capital, covering fund manager research.
