Chris Curry Principal, Pensions Dashboards Programme
Chris Curry was appointed as Principal of the Pensions Dashboards Programme at the Money and Pensions Service in 2019, on a part-time basis.
Chris brings valuable expertise and insight gained in his other role as the Director of the Pensions Policy Institute (PPI), where he continues to work part-time. Chris has worked on important projects, such as the Department for Work and Pensions Auto-Enrolment Review Advisory Group in 2017, where he was co-chair and led on providing advice on the theme of Contributions.
At the PPI, Chris has authored and presented a number of research reports analysing pensions (including state, private and public sector pensions), pension reforms and other provision for retirement income.
Chris started his career as an Economic Adviser at the Department of Social Security (now the Department for Work and Pensions), before joining the Association of British Insurers as Senior Economist.
Chris has a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick, and an MSc in Economics from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

Daniela Silcock Head of Policy Research, Pensions Policy Institute
Daniela is Head of Policy Research at the PPI and oversees the research conducted by the Policy Research team. She has a wealth of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research into all aspects of State and private pensions policy.
Daniela writes articles for the national and trade press, and presents to domestic and international audiences, including radio and television appearances.
Prior to working in research and policy, Daniela was a social worker with vulnerable adults and children. Daniela has an MSc in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics.

Tegs, an established professional trustee and Head of Sustainability at IGG, brings extensive experience in overseeing pension schemes across various sectors, encompassing DC master trusts, DB, and CDC schemes. As a qualified actuary, her expertise extends to profound insights into pension finance, risk management, and regulatory landscapes.

Fiona Brown Group Head of Pensions (DB and DC), Rolls-Royce plc Rolls-Royce Group Pension Scheme
Fiona is Group Head of Pensions & Benefits at Rolls-Royce plc (jet engines and power systems – not cars). Fiona has 30 years' experience in the industry with the first half of her career spent as a consultant, and the second half in-house, firstly within electricity utilities and then with Thomas Cook plc until its demise. Fiona is FPMI as well has holding ACII and CIPD qualifications and has passed the PMI trusteeship exams (she has 3 trustee roles). Fiona has a global brief on pensions, insurances and financial wellbeing.

Mark Fawcett CEO, Nest Invest
Mark joined Nest as CIO in 2008 to design and shape Nest’s investment strategy and has been responsible for investments as AUM have grown from £0 to over £37bn. In 2019 he became CEO of Nest Invest, the FCA authorised investment subsidiary of Nest Corporation while relinquishing the role of CIO in 2023.
Mark has been an investment manager for the over 35 years and has managed money at a variety of institutions including as Head of Japanese Equities at Gartmore and CIO at American Express Asset Management International.
Mark has an MA Maths & Philosophy from Oxford University and an MSc Management from London Business School. He has a non-executive role on the Defined contribution committee of the Unilever UK pension fund.
Mark was awarded an OBE for Services to Pension Saving in 2023.
