Craig Campbell UK Head of RI - Aon
As UK Head of RI Craig leads Aon’s advice on all ESG-related strategic and implementation considerations, as well as speaking at conferences including Aon’s flagship annual pensions events and being named “Sustainability Actuary of the Year” at the 2021 Actuarial Post Awards. He has helped Aon’s largest clients develop their approach to climate reporting in line with the TCFD recommendations, and to then set stretching priorities to meet sustainability commitments.
With parents from the Seychelles and Scotland, Craig is a proud member of Aon’s Multicultural Network and supporter of the Network’s “Book Club”, actively promoting D, E, and I. Craig grew up in Kenya and in Scotland and has since settled in the Midlands with his wife and two boys. He is an Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and in his spare time is a keen runner, squash, and touch rugby player.

Claire Glennon Head of UK Institutional Sales- Gresham House
Claire joined Gresham House in August 2023 as Head of Business Development in the UK and Irish Institutional market.
Prior to Gresham House, Claire worked at Schroders for ten years and held positions as Head of Sustainability UK and Co-Head of the UK Institutional Business.
Claire started her career at M&G Investments, before moving to Baring Asset Management where she spent 11 years, with the last six years in a UK Institutional Business Development role.
Claire is IMC qualified and has obtained the CFA ESG certificate.

William Johnson Head of UK Forestry Acquisitions - Gresham House
William joined Gresham House in January 2022 and is Head of UK Forestry Acquisitions.
Prior to Gresham House, William worked at Tilhill, advising clients on commercial forestry and woodland investments, new woodland creation, woodland carbon investment, and portfolio modelling for individual and institutional investors.
Before this, he spent five years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, managing low-risk European equity portfolios, including launching and co-managing a sustainable equity fund. He has also worked at KPMG Corporate Finance, focusing on long-term project finance investments. He spent his early career as an infantry officer in the British Army.
William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Environmental and Forest Management from the University of Aberdeen, and is a CFA Charterholder. He also has a year of postgraduate research experience at Newcastle University, focused on tropical forest carbon cycling, ecosystem functioning and biodiversity relationships.

Skye McPherson Head of Portfolio Management - Nuveen Natural Capital
Skye oversees portfolio strategy, construction, and monitoring of Nuveen Natural Capital's farmland products, as well as leading Nuveen Natural Capital's research, distribution and client services functions.
Skye began working in the asset management industry in 2000. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she was a natural resources and agricultural equity portfolio manager at BlackRock.
Skye graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, with First Class Honours, from the University of New England. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia and the CAIA designation.
