Christian Hristov Senior Investment Manager, Private Assets, PICChristian is a Senior Investment Manager at PIC, focusing on Structuring & Pricing Private Assets (Real Estate & Private Credit). Christian started his career at the Structured Products Team, Willis Towers Watson, working on investment strategies and hedging optimisation for DB Pension Schemes. He then joined Schroders as a portfolio solutions manager, where he was working with DB Schemes and Insurance Companies on optimising portfolio solutions and asset allocation strategies. After 4 years at Schroders, Christian joined a startup focused on applying Institutional ALM solutions to UHNWI. Christian then worked for Moody’s Analytics as an assistant director, building investment products around portfolio optimisation solutions for institutional clients. Between 2021 – 2023, Christian was Investment Manager at L&G, responsible for Private Assets pricing (Real Estate & Private Credit).

Anna Morrison Managing Director and Head of Private Equity, bfinance
Anna has been leading the private equity research team at bfinance for the last four years and over this period has been responsible for supporting clients to make c$4bn in allocations including a number of impact focused projects. She is responsible for working with a global client base on portfolio construction and implementation across the full spectrum of private equity strategies. She brings over 20 years experience in investing and managing global private equity programs for institutional investors, working both in Australia and then in the United Kingdom. She has held numerous Advisory Board positions and has significant research and due diligence experience across strategies and geographies. She has a Bachelors or Economics from the University of Tasmania and a Masters in Applied Finance from the University of Sydney.

Sarita Gosrani CFA – Director of ESG & Responsible Investing, bfinance
Sarita leads bfinance’s ESG advisory unit supporting investors globally on their RI/impact journey. Sarita has extensive experience in ESG/impact having supported $1.5bn+ of impact allocations in private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, natural capital as well as in public markets at bfinance. She has more than a decade of experience in investments, financial services and pensions. Sarita was formerly Head of ESG Research at XPS Pensions Group where she led the firm’s ESG strategy with clients and internally. Sarita was also an investment consultant providing advice to clients on the investment strategy. This experience allows her to position ESG and impact within the wider fiduciary duties of investors. At bfinance, she leads the firm’s sustainability initiatives, sits on the firm’s responsible investment committee. Sarita is a panel member for the CFA UK Impact Investing Certificate. She is CFA Charterholder, CFA ESG Certificate holder and has a BSc with a double major in Economics & Human Geography, University of Toronto.

Guy Coughlan Trustee, COO, Clota Värde; J.P. Morgan JPMC UK Retirement Plan
Guy is currently Chief Operating Officer at Clota Värde, a boutique corporate finance broker focused on impact investment. He is also a Non-executive Director of J.P. Morgan Pension Trustees. Guy’s career spans investment and risk advisory, pension advisory and pension management. He spent 17 years at J.P. Morgan where he was a managing director holding different senior roles, including global head of longevity solutions and co-head of pension advisory. Following J.P. Morgan, Guy was chief risk and analytics officer at Pacific Global Advisors, a US pension fiduciary manager. Most recently, he spent nearly eight years at Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), a UK pension plan with £90bn of assets as of 31 March 2022. At USS he held the positions of chief risk officer, valuation programme executive and senior strategic adviser, servingon the executive committees of both USS and its investment management subsidiary. Guy has a DPhil / PhD from Oxford University and an MBA from Henley Business School.
