Richard Dell Head of Equities - Mercer
Richard is a Partner, based in London with over 20 year’s industry experience. He joined Mercer in 2008 as a member of the equity Manager Research team. Since 2013 Rich has been Head of Equity Manager Research globally and subsequently Head of Equities. Prior to joining Mercer, he worked at Fidelity International and Merril Lynch Investment Management.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Southampton. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association.

Mikhail Zverev Fund Manager - Amati Global Investors
Mikhail joined Amati in February 2022 as a fund manager to work on the WS Amati Global Innovation Fund. Between 2007 and 2021 Mikhail managed high conviction global funds and ran global equities teams at Standard Life Investments (now Abrdn) and Aviva Investors. Mikhail started his career in finance in 1998 with boutique investment bank Trigon Capital, helping to raise growth capital for Eastern European technology companies. Following a spell with Citigroup, where he was a Mergers & Acquisitions analyst, he joined First State Investments as a Senior Equity Analyst, working alongside Paul Jourdan on the FSI British Smaller Companies Fund and FSI AIM VCT. Mikhail holds BSc in Semiconductor Physics from St Petersburg State Technical University and MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Graeme Bencke Fund Manager - Amati Global Investors
Graeme joined Amati in May 2022 as a Fund Manager for the WS Amati Global Innovation Fund. Graeme began his career as an equity analyst at F&C Investments before going on to manage the European Smaller Companies fund for 5 years. He then spent 12 years with AIG (later renamed PineBridge Investments) where he led the European and then Global equity teams, combining this with his role as Equity Strategist for the Group. Graeme has always managed concentrated, high conviction equity portfolios from across the full market cap spectrum, and with a focus on strong businesses with longer term growth potential. His interest in innovation extends beyond the fund through his non-executive role at Torvius where he helps to mentor start-up companies. Graeme holds a first-class BSc in Business Management from Royal Holloway University of London and is an associate member of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP).

Glen Finegan Co-Managing Partner & Lead Portfolio Manager - Skerryvore Asset Management
Glen Finegan is the lead portfolio manager and co-managing partner of Skerryvore Asset Management, which he established in partnership with BennBridge in 2019. Prior to Skerryvore Asset Management, Glen was the head of global emerging market equities at Janus Henderson from January 2015 to May 2019. Glen began his investment career in 2001 at First State Stewart (formerly First State Investments). At First State Stewart, Glen was a lead portfolio manager on several strategies including - Frontier, All Cap and Leaders portfolios. Glen holds a BEng (Hons) in civil engineering and an MSc in oceanography, both from the University of Southampton.

Charles Oldmeadow Head of EMEA Distribution - Skerryvore Asset Management
Charlie joined BennBridge Ltd in January 2021 where he leads the BennBridge EMEA Distribution team and has been responsible for the successful launch of the BennBridge Global Emerging Markets ICAV achieved in partnership with Skerryvore.
His experience covers a wide range of strategies, spanning equity, fixed income, absolute return, and multi-asset. Prior to joining BennBridge, Charlie held Distribution roles at Invesco, Oppenheimer Funds and Jupiter Asset Management. Charlie started his career in Financial Services on the HSBC graduate trainee program, before becoming an Analyst within the Corporate Bank. Charlie holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business from UWE Bristol.

James Harries Senior Fund Manager - Troy Asset Management
James is the Senior Fund Manager responsible for the Troy Global Equity Income Strategy. He has 28 years’ investment experience, and has managed global equity portfolios since 2002. James is manager of the Trojan Global Income Fund, co-manager of the Trojan Ethical Global Income Fund and was awarded management of STS Global Income & Growth Trust (previously named Securities Trust of Scotland plc) in November 2020.
Joining Troy in 2016 to establish the Trojan Global Income Fund, James was previously a Fund Manager at Newton Investment Management where he established and managed the Newton Global Income Fund. He was also the alternate manager on the Newton Real Return Fund. Under James’s management, the Newton Global Income fund grew to c. £4.5bn in AUM and was first in its sector over 10 years. James graduated from Bristol University with a BSc in Politics, before completing his Masters in Finance at the London Business School. He holds the ASIP qualification and is an Associate Member of the CFA Society of the UK.

Nick Roberts Institutional Business Development - Troy Asset Management
Nick is responsible for developing Troy’s institutional relationships both in the UK and internationally. Nick joined Troy Asset Management in September 2018. With a background in equity portfolio management at Mercury Asset Management and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, most recently Nick led the international institutional business of London based Sarasin & Partners. He gained an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and BAHons in Economic and Social Statistics from Exeter University. Nick holds the ASIP qualification is an Associate Member of the CFA Society of the UK.

James Mee, CFA Co-Head of Multi-Asset Strategies - Waverton
James joined the company in January 2013. He is Co-Head of Multi-Asset Strategies at Waverton and lead manager of the Waverton Multi-Asset Income, Multi-Asset Growth and the Portfolio Fund. He is also responsible for managing the Waverton Multi- Asset Fund range, including Defensive, Cautious and Balanced funds, as well as managing segregated multi-asset mandates, and is part of the team responsible for Waverton’s award winning MPS. James is a member of the Asset Allocation Committee and the Stock Selection Committee. He has been nominated 4 years in a row (2020- 2024) for the Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year Awards (Mixed Investment 20-60% Shares category) and won in 2022. He also won the 2022 Portfolio Adviser “Best Multi-Asset Fund - Balanced” award. James is a CFA Charterholder.

Charles Scott Plummer Head of Institutional Solutions - Waverton
Charles joined Waverton upon the acquisition of 2CG Senhouse, of which he was a founding partner in 2008. He leads the team responsible for introducing Waverton's investment capability to Institutional clients. Prior to this he was director and Head of Sales at Bedlam Asset Management. The first part of his career (1995-2002) was spent on the sell-side for Salomon Brothers, ABN AMRO HG Asia and CLSA Emerging Markets based variously in Southeast Asia, South America and London. He is a member of Waverton's Management Committee. Charles graduated from the University of Newcastle with a degree in History in 1994.
