  17. What Does AI Mean for Pensions Engagement?

    The way people find, consume, and engage with information is changing. A recent study showed that 52% of people now choose AI chatbots over a Google search to get information – and that includes information about their finances and pensions. This means the way our industry communicates with members is changing too, whether we know it or not. Caroline will share examples of what this looks like in reality, and what this means for how we need to approach member engagement.
