Robert Gardner CEO and Co-founder, Rebalance Earth
Rob is CEO and Co-founder of Rebalance Earth leads a boutique fund management firm dedicated to restoring natural infrastructure at scale across the UK. Rebalance Earth aims to mobilise over £10 billion in capital over the next decade, focusing on Nature restoration projects from 'source to sea'. At the heart of this mission is the RE(DARWIN) fund—"Rebalance Earth Delivering Adaptation, Resilience, and Water Infrastructure through Nature"—which invests in landscape-level projects to address critical environmental challenges such as flooding, drought, water quality, biodiversity loss, and carbon emissions.
Rob is driven by a belief that money can be a force for good, a belief that was shaped during his 25 years of experience in investment banking, pension consulting, and asset and wealth management. His passion for our world was sparked during his geography studies, and he is on a personal mission to help people achieve financial freedom in a world worth living in. Rob's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Redington and Mallowstreet, both B Corps, and the financial education charity RedSTART. He is also the author of two personal finance books - Save Your Acorns and FR££DOM.

Mark Watts Partner, LCP
As a partner in LCP’s investment team, Mark supports the provision of investment solutions for our clients as they grapple with the energy transition and the path to net zero ensuring seamless advice to clients helping them navigate the critical issues and deploy their capital effectively.
Although he has a technical background, he enjoys busting through the jargon to explain complex financial issues in a digestible manner. Having managed money over a number of economic cycles globally, his advice to clients is based on first-hand experience of managing money in both rising and falling rate environments.
During his career he has had the pleasure of living and working in both the US and the Middle East and has held CIO and CEO roles in a number of firms and served on a number of Boards.

Keith Guthrie Head of Sustainability, Cardano and NOW: Pensions
Keith is the Head of Sustainability for Cardano UK and for NOW: Pensions, he is a member of Cardano’s Sustainability Policy Committee and a Partner at the firm. He focuses on the strategic delivery of Cardano’s investment offerings, working closely with the in-house teams, and clients. Prior to moving to the Sustainability Group in 2023, Keith spent 15 years co-leading Cardano’s investment teams. Keith graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, with a BSc (Hons) in Statistics & Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
