Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-founder, mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Tricia Ward Managing Director, Manager Research, Redington
Tricia is Managing Director and Head of Private Markets at Redington, which she joined in 2021 to lead the private markets research team. She is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and delivering best-in-class investment solutions to Redington’s clients. Prior to Redington, Tricia worked at the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, where she developed the private credit, private equity, and infrastructure investment programmes, and helped build the ESG framework.
Tricia began her career at Goldman Sachs over 25 years ago, qualifying as a chartered accountant before joining a credit hedge fund. In 2008, she joined Absolute Return Partners as a credit and ILS analyst, becoming a Partner in 2010. There, she built the investment research and management teams for private markets and managed key advisory relationships with pension funds and Family Office clients, supporting strategy education, fund selection, implementation, and monitoring of managers. Tricia is a founding member of Women in Private Credit, a network dedicated to advancing private credit and empowering its female leaders.

Corrado Pistarino Chief Investment Officer, Foresters Friendly Society
Corrado has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management and insurance. Currently, he is CIO and Chair of the Climate Risk Forum at Foresters Friendly Society. Corrado has a degree in physics from Turin University and a master’s in finance from London Business School.

Marian D'Auria Global Head of Risk & Sustainability, GFG Alliance
Marian is the Global Head of Risk & Sustainability at GFG Alliance, a global metal manufacturer. Prior to joining GFG, she was managing director at Redington and, before that, led Deloitte's Trustee Advisory team in London. Marian has over 20 years' experience in risk management, sustainability, governance, and investment consulting.
Marian is also a Non-executive Director of USS Limited and is Chair of their Pensions Committee. She is a Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries and has served two terms on their governing council, as well as sitting on their management and sustainability boards.

Abhishek Srivastav Strategic Capital Advisor, Hymans Robertson
Abhishek joined Hymans Robertson llp in 2022 as a Senior Investment Consultant and Head of Investment Solutions. In 2025, he became a Partner in the firm. In his role, Abhishek is responsible for advising a combination of LGPS and corporate DB pension schemes in the UK, which range from £250m to >£5bn as well as working with professional trustees and leading the investment proposition for sole trustees. Previously, Abhishek worked at Columbia Threadneedle Investments as Head of UK Pension Solutions, where he led collaboration with the UK pension fund community and their advisers, and had oversight of solution construction across the entire range of asset propositions. Prior to this, he was at Deutsche Asset Management, working with institutional investors. He has also held senior financial services consulting roles at Accenture (Frankfurt, London and New York). Abhishek holds a BA degree, with honors, in Economics from St. Xavier's College in Mumbai, and an MBA in Finance degree from London Business School. Abhishek is IMC qualified and also holds the Award in Pension Trusteeship qualification from the PMI.
