Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-founder of mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Michael Marshall Director of Investment Risk and Sustainable Ownership - Railpen
Michael Marshall is Director of Investment Risk and Sustainable Ownership at Railpen, the Investment Manager and Fiduciary Adviser for the c£35bn UK railways pension schemes. Michael’s department is responsible for ensuring client capital is invested on a sustainable and risk-efficient basis. This includes investment governance, risk management of public and private markets, performance reporting, manager oversight, asset valuations, ODD and sustainable ownership.
Prior to joining Railpen Michael held a variety of senior roles in pensions, asset management and sustainability advisory. He is a member of advisory groups at the British Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (BVCA) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), and is a Board Director of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC). He studied economics at Bristol University.

Anastasia Guha Global Head of Sustainable Investment - Redington
At Redington, Anastasia is responsible for leading the firm’s Global Sustainable Investment Team and advising clients on all aspects of sustainable investment strategy, targets, and allocations. She joined Redington in June 2021 and works across all clients from pensions to endowments and foundations.
Anastasia has been a sustainable investment specialist with nearly 20 years of experience, 10 of which were at the United Nations supported Principles of Responsible Investment. Here her last role was as director of Northern Europe Middle East and Africa, leading a team supporting over 200 asset owners in their implementation of ESG criteria in investment strategy, allocations, and stewardship decisions. Anastasia has previously worked at Euromoney Institutional Investor and Fidelity. She sits on reference groups on social issues and global policy at the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment and sats on working groups within the Glasgow Financial Alliance on Net Zero (GFANZ). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from Ferguson College and a master’s degree in international political economy from the University of Warwick.

Natalie Winterfrost Trustee Director - Law Debenture Pension Trustees
Natalie is a Trustee Director at Law Debenture Trust Corporation, sitting on the boards of a number of pension schemes seeking to take a lead in sustainability, such as DHL and M&S; Its an area she is herself passionate about. Natalie has had a varied career in actuarial and investment work prior to her move to trusteeship, including a decade as an investment consultant and at an asset manager. She is a Fellow of the Insitute of Actuaries and a CFA Charterholder, past Chairman of the CFA Society of the UK and Fellow of the CFA UK (in recognition of her contribution). She is also an inaugural member of the new Trustee Sustainability Working Group.
