Seray Incoglu Global Head of Real Estate Debt Asset Management - PIMCO
Seray is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the New York office. She oversees the global commercial real estate (CRE) debt asset management team with an additional focus on firm’s investments in nonperforming CRE loans. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2020, Seray spent 15 years at Wells Fargo Bank within the commercial real estate division. Most recently, she was a team lead in New York responsible for originating, structuring, and managing bridge and construction loans for large private equity funds, multi-generational real estate families, institutional investment firms, and large public real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Previously, she managed the special situations group in New York. She has 19 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from George Mason University.

Rachel Green SVP, UK Institutional Sales - PIMCO
Rachel is a senior vice president and Account Manager in the London office, focusing on institutional clients across the UK. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2024, she was a Director at Nuveen, responsible for developing new business relationships with institutional investors and their advisers. She has 15 years of experience, working with asset owners and stakeholders on both the liability and asset sides. Before joining Nuveen, Rachel was an Associate Director at Aviva Investors, focusing on Real Asset strategies. In addition, she has held positions at global reinsurer Munich Re and at Russell Investments.
Rachel graduated with a BA(hons) in Business Management from University of Westminster. She is the Founder of The Skills Workshop, a social initiative to build awareness of the asset management industry, increase financial literacy, and increase social mobility amongst university aged students. In June 2020, she was awarded the Freedom of the City of London.

Kamyar Varzi Head of Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations - Tokio Marine Asset Management
Before joining TMAM in 2023 as Head of Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations, Kamyar worked as head of client and consultant relations at Petrus Advisers from 2022-2023. From 2018 to 2022, he was director- client and consultant relations, Europe at ARGA Investment Management. Prior to this, he was institutional director of sales and service of the institutional group at Fisher Investments, where he worked for almost 12 years. From 2005-2007, Kamyar was channel manager at Franklin Templeton. Earlier in his career, he worked in various client service and marketing roles in the US and UK, including at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Kamyar graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in English Literature in 2000.

Maria is responsible for UK and Irish investors at CFM. Maria started her career in the Deutsche Bank Cap Intro team after which she moved to the buy side, working at Marshall Wace and Syquant Capital before joining CFM in London at the beginning of 2023

Martin is CFM's Head of Product Specialists within the Business Development team, working with institutional investors globally. He works closely with the Research team and is responsible of a team running technical analyses for clients and communicating CFM’s investment approach for its various investment programs. Martin has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and has previously worked in London in the Investment Banking division of Rabobank and Société Générale, where he structured equity derivatives and hybrid trading strategies. He graduated from Centrale-Supélec engineering school, earned a BS. in Economics from Université Paris Sud, and an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Imperial College London where he studied financial engineering.

Holding a degree in Marketing and Finance, Robert combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. His work has influenced policy discussions and helped thousands of employees better understand and manage their pensions but there is nothing he likes better than getting out and meeting customers face to face and hearing their stories.
