Alistair Jones Managing Director, Business Development – Leadenhall Capital Partners
Alistair manages investor and adviser relations in the UK. He has over 20 years’ experience in asset management and investment consulting advising institutional investors on investment strategies including ILS, ESG, credit and fixed income. Alistair has worked with wealth and institutional clients including pension funds, charities, corporates, insurers and other asset managers over his career at SEI, Schroders, Aon and WTW.
Alistair is a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and CFA UK. He is also a member of CFA UK’s Ethics and Professionalism Steering Committee. Alistair graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Chemistry.

Rachel Green Senior Vice President, Institutional Account Manager – PIMCO
Rachel is a Senior Vice President and Account Manager in the London office, focusing on institutional clients across the UK. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2024, she was a director at Nuveen, responsible for developing new business relationships with institutional investors and their advisers. She has 15 years of experience, working with asset owners and stakeholders on both the liability and asset sides. Before joining Nuveen, Rachel was an associate director at Aviva Investors, focusing on Real Asset strategies. In addition, she has held positions at global reinsurer Munich Re and at Russell Investments.
Rachel graduated with a BA(hons) in Business Management from University of Westminster. She is the Founder of The Skills Workshop, a social initiative to build awareness of the asset management industry, increase financial literacy, and increase social mobility amongst university aged students. In June 2020, she was awarded the Freedom of the City of London.

Elliot Mcilrath Elliot is a Senior Vice President and Alternative Credit Strategist in the London office. Previously, he worked for Apollo Global Management in their product team and was responsible for alternative credit solutions for insurance, family office, and pension investors across EMEA.
Before this, he worked for JP Morgan’s credit team where he mainly focused on sponsor origination in Europe. He has 11 years of investment experience and holds the CFA designation in addition to graduating from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

Justin Faiz Justin Faiz, Co-founder and CEO – Pluto Finance
Justin co-founded Pluto Finance in 2011, building the business into one of the UK’s leading non-bank property lenders. Justin started his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey before moving to Standard Chartered Bank. Justin holds an MA in Physics from Oxford University, an M.S.E in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ashley Manning-Brown Ashley Manning-Brown, Head of UK Investor Solutions – Pluto Finance
Ashley, with over 20 years of experience in the field, joined Pluto in 2023 as the Head of UK Investor Solutions. In this role, Ashley takes a solution based approach to building and fostering investor relationships. Before joining Pluto, Ashley dedicated 15 years to Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where he served as Institutional Director and Head of Consultant Relations in the UK. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in managing client and consultant relationships, driving business development, and ensuring successful commercial outcomes for a diverse clientele comprising DB, DC, LGPS pension funds, charities, foundations, insurance providers, and endowments. Prior to this Ashley worked on the Fixed Income trading desks at JPMorgan and BNP Paribas.
