Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-Founder of mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Olga Goffin Head of Fixed Income Research, Barnett Waddingham
Olga is a member of the Investment Research Team at Barnett Waddingham. In her role as the Head of Fixed Income Research she conducts the assessment and monitoring of public fixed income funds and helps create tailored investment recommendations for BW clients.
She also takes part in assessments of structured fixed income, both in private and public markets. She regularly works on publications of thematic research, conducts client asset class training and attends client meetings with asset management firms.
Olga has 11 years’ experience in the fixed income industry and has worked both in investment and risk management teams in the banking sector prior to joining Barnett Waddingham in 2023. Olga holds an MSc in Development Economics from The Manchester University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Richard Woodrow Senior Credit Manager, Railpen
Richard joined Railpen recently in August 2025 as a Senior Credit Manager with responsibility for external credit mandates across both public and private markets. Richard is also helping to further develop Railpen’s credit strategy and how this is delivered to Railpen’s underlying schemes / members.
Richard’s background is rooted in the wealth management and private banking world. His previous role was as Head of Portfolio Solutions at Coutts overseeing all 3rd party fund research activity across asset classes with a specialism in alternatives and developing custom solutions for Coutts’ discretionary and advisory clients. Richard also gained valuable experience working at Citi Private Bank; and prior to this worked across a number of roles in a diverse range of organisations: Fitch Ratings, PwC, HM Treasury.
Richard is both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.

Mark Humphreys Trustee Director, Law Debenture Pension Trustees
Mark is a Trustee Director at Law Debenture with over 25 years of experience in the UK pensions industry across DB and DC schemes of all sizes. His current clients include schemes with a variety of investment strategies. His recent work has included aligning investment strategy and endgame strategies with time horizon and liquidity a particular focus. Previously, Mark was EMEA head of client solutions at Invesco and head of UK client solutions at Schroders. Earlier in his career he was a senior investment consultant with a broad range of sizes of DB clients. Mark is a qualified actuary and member of the Society of Pension Professionals.

Stephen Marsh Head of Market & Oversight, Lloyds of London
Stephen joined Lloyds in early 2025 as Head of Investment Oversight & Markets. He has over two decades of investment experience and a diverse background working across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Lloyds, he worked as a senior portfolio manager at a hedge fund after spending eight years at T. Rowe Price in their London office, where he was an institutional portfolio manager. Before that, he was head of fixed income at SEI Investments.
His career also includes investment roles at Merrill Lynch, RMB International, and Liontrust Asset Management. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.A. (with honours) in Business Studies, majoring in Economics, from the University of Central Lancashire.
