Adam Dann Senior Origination Actuary
Adam is a Senior Actuary in the Origination team at PIC. His primary role is to lead on the pricing and negotiation of small to medium sized new business transactions as well as supporting on the larger and mega-sized transactions. Adam has been at PIC for over six years and prior to that he worked at XPS Pensions Group.
Since joining PIC, Adam has led on a number of successful transactions such as the £190m buy-in with Atradius in 2024 as well as supporting on successful transactions including the £6.5bn buy-in with RSA’s UK pension schemes in 2023 and the £2.2bn buyout with the Metal Box Pension Scheme in 2021.

Tom Seecharan Co-Head of Origination
Tom is Co-head of Origination at PIC - responsible for management of all areas of the Origination and Longevity Risk Management teams alongside another Co-Head with an emphasis on delivery of significant front-end opportunities. Tom is an actuary and has over 20 years’ experience in UK Pensions.
Prior to joining PIC Tom spent four years in the Origination team at Rothesay and was previously Head of Pension Risk Settlement at KPMG specialising in bulk annuities. He also worked for a number of years in the KPMG Pensions M&A advisory team in the UK and Germany giving strategic advice to buyers and sellers on how to manage pensions risk in corporate transactions.
